Descripción

Azure Crystal by Thalia Sodi is a fruity floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2019, this composition was created by perfumer Patricia Choux. Its top notes feature coconut nectar interwoven with mandarin and lime, imparting a citrusy and tropical touch. The heart reveals a lush floral bouquet of tiger lily, jasmine, orange blossom, cyclamen, and peony. To finish, the base notes offer a warm and enveloping blend of sandalwood, amber, musk, and cedar.

  • The reviews are highly subjective and frustrating simply because people hate the artist; they should be objective so anyone wanting to try it doesn’t get the wrong idea. The designers aren’t just anyone; Thalía is merely the face. I tried it for my mum, who dislikes typical lady-like scents, and honestly, it smells rich and fresh, alongside Liquid Sun. The aroma feels a bit artificial; I’m not sure whether it’s the tangerine or lime, but it is fresh. Drying down, it’s more floral than fruity, with a moderate trail.

  • How unobjective and vindictive some opinions are, just because they hate the perfumer. They should be impartial to help those who want to try them and avoid bad ideas. Designers aren’t just anyone: Thalia is merely the face. I tested it to gift it to my mother, who hates typical lady-like aromas, and it was one of the richest and freshest, alongside Liquid Sun. I feel it smells a bit artificial, perhaps due to the mandarin or lime, but it’s fresh, more floral than fruity when it dries down, with a medium trail.

  • I’ve seen some crazy comments about this fragrance, but Azure Crystal is pure luxury. I’ve tested it against other designer and niche scents, and it’s exquisite. The community’s idea is to give objective opinions, without bias against the perfumer or the scent. Perfumer Patricia Choux and Thalia Sodi have done a great job; their trails and longevity are excellent. Liquid Sun and Absolute Amethyst are also my favourites. If you don’t like something you’ve tried, don’t buy it, but being objective, these are highly recommended fragrances.

No more hatred from people who haven’t even tried these fragrances, just talking because they’ve got spare time; I understand they might dislike Thalía’s music or acting, but that’s none of my business. If you want to hate her, do it somewhere else, not here where people come to check notes. It makes me furious at those who criticise without focusing on the perfume itself. I’ve had enough, thanks. Now, let’s talk about what unites us: the perfume. I’ll share that a few days ago I bought some Arab perfumes online, and the shop sent me samples of these Thalía fragrances. This one smells like a beautiful sweet scent; on the skin, it’s pure coconut nectar. After 20 minutes, the lime and tangerine appear very timidly, smelling great and pleasant, although it’s always quite soft, but I don’t care, if I like the scent, I buy it and wear it. It doesn’t project much, staying close to the skin, so I plan to get the big bottle along with the pink and yellow ones. Also, the bottles are very beautiful and will look great in my collection.

  • What a brilliant perfume; I’m a huge fan of white florals and this is outstanding. It opens incredibly fresh with a very prominent green lemon, the floral accord is lovely, and I sense an undisclosed touch of neroli—not just lily of the valley, jasmine, and orange blossom, but a quartet of white flowers that feel clean and bright thanks to the citrus. Gradually, a creamy coconut note emerges, which luckily bears no resemblance to Alien Goddess; it’s more akin to Versace’s Crystal Noir than Mugler. If I were to create a graph of this fragrance, it would be 30% that pronounced green lime from Lolita Lempicka’s Elle L’aime, 20% the coconut accord from Crystal Noir, and the remaining 50% pure white floral, bright and slightly ambered. This is the third fragrance I’ve purchased from Thalia Sodi and my favourite, followed by Liquid Sun and Absolute Amethyst, which I liked but didn’t quite enchant me due to the cilantro note. Returning to Azzure Crystal, the performance is quite good with a notably strong projection for the first hour.

  • What a lovely perfume; I’m a huge fan of white florals, and this is a beauty. It starts super fresh with a very marked green lemon note; the floral accord is gorgeous, feeling like it has an undisclosed touch of neroli, not just lily of the valley, jasmine, and orange blossom—here is a quartet of white flowers that feel clean and bright thanks to the citrus. Gradually, a creamy coconut note emerges that bears no resemblance to Alien Goddess; it’s closer to Versace’s Crystal Noir than Mugler. If I were to draw a graph, it would be 30% of that green lemon from Lolita Lempicka’s Elle L’aime, 20% of the coconut from Crystal Noir, and 50% pure bright, slightly ambered white floral. It’s the third fragrance I’ve bought from Thalía Sodi and my favourite, followed by Liquid Sun and Absolute Amethyst, which I liked but didn’t adore due to the coriander note. Returning to Azzure Crystal, the performance is quite good with notable projection for the first hour.
