A sweet fragrance for my taste, with a vanilla base that seems like an air freshener for a car. I wouldn’t keep it again.
What a disappointment that a fragrance, with the name of a recognised brand and a pretty name, has an exorbitant price and smells like cheap cologne, lacks personality, and let’s not talk about character. Perhaps Ralph Lauren thought young people have no sense of smell and are easily seduced by any bland, soulless blend. That is not done to youth, because in the best case, as happened to me, we will never buy it in our lives, nor recommend it… but in the worst case, and I hope there are few of them, they will resign themselves to thinking that that is all one can expect from a perfume… a brand, a pink bottle, and the name (Pony) of everything we wanted as little girls: a beautiful pony.
It emphasises the red berries, it’s fresh and sweet, but more on the sweet side. I wouldn’t buy it again.
Ugh, was it released in 2012?? I could swear it was much longer ago, how young I felt back then (or how mature I feel now, hee). I used it for every day; here in Argentina there are hard candies called Yapa, and I remember a classmate saying it smelled like Yapa, that she knew I was entering even if I turned my back to the door because of that scent (I loved smelling sweets at that time). So it’s a sweet, fruity scent, like sweets, but not the gourmand kind, just simple. I didn’t buy it again and after a while I gave it to my 14-year-old sister at the time. It’s a scent you can find in a body splash but lasts much longer, the trail was tremendous, at least on my skin. As a first perfume for a girl or teenager I recommend it; it’s a sweet, fruity candy scent. There are better options for gourmand, but as an introduction to perfumery it’s a 6.
What a horror for the price, for something so simple. Luckily I was given a sample because I would never have bought it.
I find it flirtatious and sweet, smelling of red berries, and I don’t detect much tonka bean. Ideal for afternoon or evening. I’ve never been told it smells delicious, haha, nor that it’s strong… I tend to say a perfume smells ‘delicious’ or ‘strong’… I think it’s very little for the price.
I bought it again to remember a stage in my life. It’s a very tender, fresh, slightly sweet and fruity scent. It lasts four hours on me. I feel confident wearing it in the shower without worrying about offending anyone’s nose, but the price is high. Escada’s Fiesta Carioca smells very similar to it.
It smells lovely, very fruity without being cloying. The scent reminds me of perfumes from the Ralph Lauren line; it has a distinct signature. It’s very good for everyday wear. It’s not particularly youthful, more suited for girls aged 25+, but if you like fruity, sweet, and soft scents, I recommend it.
I tried it once because my sister gave it to me as a gift and she was spot on. I found it enchanting, very fruity, and it smells wonderful; she loved it so much she bought her own bottle, haha. I do recommend it, plus I received many compliments and it had a great trail.
Could you please confirm if this is no longer available? People keep asking for it, and it’s impossible to find here in Costa Rica.
I met it through my first and last fiancé, a Ralph Lauren fanatic. I see it as sweet, coquettish, playful and curious, a bit interesting due to its basic composition of sweet red fruits. But to be realistic, it’s not fireworks or a wave; nothing impressive or extraordinary, and in the short term it can be overwhelming. Its longevity and sillage are average, and besides, it’s not worth the cost (here it sells for about $80, a high price for this type of fragrance)
I get a children’s syrup aroma from it
I bought it for a good price and honestly I like it so much; I’m running low so I’m keeping it like gold. It lasts a long time and has killer sillage; I’ve received several compliments, so I think it’s a good purchase
I’m not sure if it’s my nose, but it smells very similar to Ariana’s with marshmallow, even though it’s not listed in the notes. It carries raspberry, strawberry gummies, milk, caramel, musk, blackcurrant and tangerine. It’s very soft and sweet, perfect for a little girl, although I intended it to be potent when I wore it out. It doesn’t resemble Fantasy or Bonbon, but I swear it smells like Ariana’s. Obviously I’ll buy it because they say it’s discontinued but it still arrives here and the sillage grows massively
I love it; it performs like luxury. Although there are many celebrity perfumes copying its style: Ariana’s, Justin’s, Katy’s kitten, Nicki’s… but the winner is Big Pony 2 because it came out first and smells delicious, fruity, sweet, soft and ‘wet’, like just out of the shower. It has fierce competition today with cheaper options, but I still prefer it
I wish they listed the perfume notes… they might be on other sites, but I like how Fragrantica presents them
It smells 100% of coconut, pure summer
It starts fresh and fruity, like cranberry juice with a musky, sweet-and-sour touch, but dries down quickly and disappears. The dry trail smells ambered and caramelised, like Avon perfumes (no bad words about them, but at that price you expect more). I thought it was nice, but not worth buying. People compare it to Ariana’s Sweet Like Candy, but it’s not the same; that one feels more powdery and sophisticated in its range
The scent is pleasant and I like it, but I hate it for its terrible longevity and projection; it lasted about an hour at best. I was so angry I gave it away, haha
It’s fresh and you can definitely smell the cranberry, but the longevity and sillage are a disaster; it vanishes in seconds 🥴
A scent for teenagers or women who convey optimism and enthusiasm. It’s from the Britney Spears line but with better quality. It’s for young girls. Teenagers pull off any scent well, except oriental or incense-based ones. This is gourmand style but without pretensions. It’s juicy, fruity, and perhaps a bit linear; artificial at first, then becoming more vanilla-like and soft. It gains naturalness over the hours and works well. It lasts on skin and hair, almost too much. It conveys the smell of a teenager getting ready to go out with friends and the one they like. Edit: for those who like it, there is a high perfumery version in So Scarlet, but the price is much higher.
I received it in a blind test, sprayed a mist on my wrist, and couldn’t handle so much sweetness. It’s extremely sweet blueberries that my nose simply can’t tolerate. Sorry if anyone liked it, but it was a very unpleasant aroma. I wouldn’t recommend buying it blindly.
It’s rich, sweet, and pleasant, specifically fruity and juicy, not cloying at all. It has the same aura as Cherry in Japan by Escada due to its fruitiness and resembles Britney Spears’ Fantasy Midnight slightly for its soapy finish. The difference is that I love Pony 2 and can’t stand Midnight. It’s an easy fragrance to wear daily, whether for school or something casual like a trip to the supermarket. Although the trail is intimate, it’s very enjoyable.
A rich, clean, and very sweet fragrance; the blueberry note is prominent with a soapy touch. It seems super girly. The only drawback is the longevity: exactly one hour.
Particularly, it doesn’t suit my skin. I like it in the bottle, but after two hours on my skin, a note emerges that I can’t identify and I don’t like it, though it’s not unpleasant either. I use it very little. Still, I recommend it for young people and for daily wear.
A very pretty fragrance, sweet but with a fresh touch, not cloying at all. I’m wearing it now and it seems super feminine. In summer, I felt it was a bit too sweet for the weather. The only flaw is the longevity; it’s hardly noticeable. I love it and will start using it more. It bears little resemblance to Ari; I think Big Pony 2 is livelier or fresher, hard to describe.
Common perfume, nothing standout, with zero longevity and trail.
Very common scent, decent but nothing new or standout. The most ordinary option on the market. It lasts incredibly short, barely noticeable by lunchtime. For the price, there are better options; it’s very mediocre. End.
I bought it blindly for the price, expecting something fresh and fruity, but I prefer citrus scents. It didn’t convince me at first, but I’ve grown to like it more over time. It’s a good perfume, but I won’t keep it; I think I’ll gift it to someone. I just don’t feel comfortable wearing it.
I only wear it for daily use as it doesn’t last long and its trail is very faint. It smells like a clean, young girl with blueberry notes. Many people buy it for the price, and it makes sense: it adds a touch of sophistication to the everyday. I keep it in my handbag to reapply if needed.
I used to wear this perfume when I met my wife. It’s sweet, jovial and captivating. The longevity is poor, but it projects well for about two or three hours on a hot day. When it’s on offer, it’s worth it if you like this type of fragrance 🎩.
It’s simple, sweet and sparkling. At first it smells like a blueberry cocktail due to a sugary opening, then it feels more green and natural. It stands out from other synthetic and super sweet red fruit fragrances. I think it’s lovely and doesn’t bother others. The longevity is good on me: moderate trail for the first two hours, then it stays on skin and clothes for another six.
Extremely sweet and cloying, I had to give it away because even with few sprays it felt invasive and piercing.
I love it, it’s super girly, feminine, sexy and fresh, rich in little red fruits. I only regret its performance, I’d smell it all day 💗. It’s sad to see it run out because it’s not that cheap, but it’s for daily wear, to smell feminine and rich without being cloying 🥰. It smells like its packaging, so lovely 🌺.
Very sweet, feminine and pleasant, ideal for blind buys. They are red berries that lift the mood, but the longevity is terrible, almost non-existent like the trail. I’m letting it macerate without many expectations.
With lots of nostalgia I’ve just finished my third bottle. It was one of the first I bought when I was younger, sweet, feminine, fruity and very girly. Perfect for teenagers. It lasts very little and projects poorly, maybe an hour of projection and two on the skin. I was very happy with it, I finished it to make space for this adult stage. I don’t expect to buy it again, but I’ll remember it with fondness.
It’s sweet and fruity, rich but it doesn’t last at all. Literally after 30 minutes it’s almost gone and the trail is practically non-existent.
The perfume of my adolescence, it smells rich and is quite strong at first, very fruity and full of memories. I wouldn’t buy it again for the longevity, but it would make a great gift for someone of that age.
I used a bit of Natura’s Humor 5 and it smells the same. I expected something fresher or similar to Viva La Juicy, but now I realise I’ve always been wearing the dupe 🙁
The opening smells of alcohol and soap, like that baby pink perfume. It feels clean, fresh and simple, feminine and sincere. It’s not very elaborate, so anyone can like it.
