Love by Sofia Vergara is a floral fruity gourmand fragrance for women. Launched in 2015, this composition was created by Yves Cassar and Pascal Gaurin. The top notes unfold a vibrant passion fruit, orange blossom, mandarin and green apple. The heart reveals the depth of Colombian coffee, orchid, coffee flowers, iris root and magnolia. Finally, the base notes land on a warm praline, vanilla, amberwood and ambrette musk.

For the lovers: Love Amor is Sofía Vergara’s second perfume in 2015. It says it is inspired by a great love, the one that burns in women who live solely for that. It begins with sweet fruits such as green apple, mandarin, and passion fruit. There is also orange blossom. I love the passion fruit; it has a tropical touch, like fruits from hot countries, such as the Caribbean or Brazil. Sofía is Colombian, and the perfume has something of that: coffee, but a coffee that is not too strong or hot. It has an acidic coffee aroma, probably chocolate. White magnolia is in the heart, accompanied by an exotic and seductive flower: an orchid. I adore orchids; they are tropical, fragrant, sweet, feminine, and strong. My favourite flower is the orchid, and I always look for it in perfumes that attract me. At the base, there is forest wood, amber, and vanilla. Who does not like vanilla? It finishes with very sweet notes. It is not very complicated, neither for little girls nor for teenagers at school. It is very sexy, very hot, makes sexual proposals, is suggestive and provocative. It is worn with the sexiest clothes in the wardrobe, heels, makeup, and soft skin that begs to be kissed, hugged, and warmed during love-making. It is the fragrance that defines me as a woman, the one I use most, and without which I could not survive; I feel very confident, proud, and it adds to feminine beauty. I recommend it to all passionate women seeking love. This has been my first perfume review.

Delicious! Every time I use it, I receive compliments. It is creamy without being ostentatious, truly fresh, and an ideal combination that is very wearable in humid and tropical climates.

It is very different from the typical sugary perfumes on the market; it is mature, sensual, creamy, and exotic. It is worth it in winter because of the coffee blossom, which is very enveloping. I love it! The trail and longevity are poor, but for the price, it is fine. I always receive compliments when I wear it.
I had been searching for this fragrance for ages, and upon trying it, it reminded me of Paris Hilton’s Can Can. I was absolutely speechless, as I had assumed from the reviews that it followed the trail of Black Opium. I compared both and concluded: LOVE follows the Can Can line, but it is more adult, creamy, and deeper thanks to the coffee. It has a less fruity sweetness and more gourmand notes due to the praline and vanilla. Both dry down quite powdery. I like both, but Sofía is more sophisticated, projects massively, and lasts longer on the skin.
Today my Love by Sofia Vergara arrived. It was a blind buy; the moment I put it on, it was clear it was love at first sniff. I had high expectations for this perfume, and the more I researched it, the more I loved it. I can say it exceeded all my expectations. I love it; I’m fascinated by this fragrance!!!!!! It smells super sweet, like caramel, with a hint of vanilla, and I’m sure the coffee note gives it that mysterious, sexy, and sophisticated touch. And yes, it’s true, it has quite an air similar to Can Can by Paris Hilton; very, very similar, with almost identical opening notes. However, I find Love a bit more intense; it’s an explosion of sensuality. I only sprayed a little, and the compliments rained down. Excellent trail and fixative; from today it becomes my favourite. Thank you, Sofia, for this gem!!!!

Love is a sweet fragrance. For me, passion fruit, coffee, and praline predominate; fruity at the start and chocolatey afterwards, but not cloying. Good performance, present trail, and six to eight hours’ duration. I consider it suitable for autumn and winter; I enjoy it for everyday wear and casual occasions. It seems like a somewhat sensual perfume, a little synthetic but with evolution, and at a good price. Who will like it: lovers of sexy perfumes.

I bought this perfume because of the coffee aspect, as I’m a coffee lover! and I really like it. I’ve always received very good compliments when I wear it, but over time, I’ve become a bit disillusioned… nonetheless, I still like it and feel it suits summer well.

I was dying to try this perfume… I think I became a bit obsessed because everyone spoke highly of it in videos. Sadly, I think they discontinued it, and I had a hard time finding it, so I went straight to Fraiche to buy a decant. And wow! On the first impression, I said it smelled like Can Can by Paris Hilton for a long time; I used it in my adolescence, but after a while, I felt a trail of chocolate (I know it doesn’t have it), but that’s what I sensed on my skin. Fruity and delightfully sweet, two sprays on my neck were enough. I’ll keep looking for the original and, of course, I’d be up for buying the bottle itself.
Me again. Finally, I managed to get this perfume in its original version. I had a bit of a battle, but it was done 😇 I must say I love it, and it was very long-lasting on me. It was my birthday present to myself a few days ago, and I debuted it that day. I must confess that two people told me how wonderful I smelled!! And I was fascinated that someone else could notice it. So it’s a 10 out of 10; that dark chocolate note, which is more like coffee, gives the scent a mature touch.
To be honest, I expected more coffee, but it’s not a bad fragrance. It lasts about four or five hours with a moderate trail and is best enjoyed in cooler climates.
I bought it for the coffee note, as I adore that. At first, I only detected passion fruit, orchids, and a vanilla praline; it lasted about four hours without a trail. I complained about its longevity, noting my particularly favourable pH, and put it away in a huff. Recently, I wanted a light fragrance for sleeping, and oh surprise! After maceration, the coffee note stood out alongside orange blossom and something resinous. To my astonishment, it passed the ‘bedtime’ test; it lasts all day at work, and anyone who gets close notices it immediately. Tips: let it macerate, use it in cooler climates, and spray without fear as it’s a fragrance that doesn’t bother or overwhelm. Highly recommended.
They gave it to me for my 15th birthday; I’m 21 now and haven’t been able to find it again in Argentina. What a pity, truly. It’s a perfume that brings back lovely memories.
