Descripción

Petits et Mamans by Bvlgari is a musky floral woody fragrance for women. Launched in 1997, the nose behind this composition is Nathalie Lorson. The top notes unfold Brazilian rosewood, Sicilian orange and bergamot; the heart reveals chamomile, sunflower and rose; while the base notes land on a powdery accord with vanilla, iris and white peach.

  • The lotion smells like fresh talc, special for children. My three-year-old uses it, and so do I; it’s so good!

  • No, definitely not for me. It doesn’t smell nice nor is it delicate; it feels like a cheap baby cologne. And the bottle is horrible 😛 There are better options. The only nice thing is the box illustration, as even the soaps in the set aren’t lovely.

  • It definitely doesn’t work for me. It doesn’t smell nice or delicate; it feels like a discounted baby cologne and the bottle is ugly. Only the illustrations on the box are pretty, and even the soaps in the set aren’t lovely.

  • It’s not just any baby cologne; it smells exactly like baby wipes and is a very long-lasting scent. It’s more of a woman’s perfume than a baby’s. It bears a strong resemblance to men’s Tabac cologne.

  • It’s not just any childish scent; it smells like baby wipes but lasts for ages. It’s more of a feminine fragrance, very similar to Tabac for men.

On my skin it becomes powdery and soft, losing that citrusy paper note. It’s my favourite, almost identical to Blu Notte—perfect for daily wear, though it doesn’t last as long and the price is fair.

  • GABRIELA214

Smells of tablets, with a slight citrus and sweet touch. It’s just right, neither excessive nor lacking, somewhat powdery. But yes, it smells of tablets, I love it.

  • Mary rangel

Smells of baby lotion, I don’t feel the citrus, it’s more powdery. Curiously, it lasts all day on my son.

  • I love powdery scents, but this smells very good and is too soft for me. It lasts very little on the skin and nothing on clothes. It has no sillage and you barely notice you’re wearing perfume. A bit disappointing, I expected more.

  • I absolutely love powdery perfumes and have recommended this to everyone, but for me it’s far too subtle and fades in the blink of an eye. It lasts barely any time on the skin, a little longer on clothes, yet remains extremely faint. It leaves no trail and you don’t notice that you’re wearing it. A bit disappointing; I expected much more. It’s simply ‘acceptable’.

  • Osyjan1972

Recommended it for my six-month-old baby. Although it’s a women’s fragrance, it smells of a baby. The longevity is short but ideal for them. My son wore it until he was eight and today, at 14, he wants it for his first child. I love it.

  • It’s a perfume for children, so its soft longevity is logical given the baby skin notes, not for older women who complain because their skin is ‘used’. It’s a good scent for the little ones.

I was interested in it for the talcum, but discovering that people comment it’s offensive to get attention is nauseating. I understand it doesn’t last long, but with the old launch and the pandemic, I can’t try it. Buying blind has already cost me disappointments.

  • This is now my fourth bottle and I’m sure they’ve reformulated it. Previously it lasted all day with a citrus opening and enveloping talcum; now it smells straight of a baby wipe with no evolution. What a pity, it’s not the same anymore and it has stopped earning compliments.

  • Mr Landaulet

The most expensive children’s ‘Aguachirri’ I’ve ever encountered. Although it’s by Bvlgari, it smells of flat, soapy water. The citrus dies under the talcum and the vanilla is imperceptible. It lasts an hour and isn’t worth half the price. A total fiasco.

  • Citrusy talcum powder that smells like a nappy change and bath. Very powdery, ideal for those who love the scent of cleanliness. I prefer Nenuco or Petite Chérie, which are much fresher and more splash-like.

  • Amarilisbelladona

The most expensive room spray I’ve ever owned; I dislike it entirely and it repels me. I keep it only because they were gifts I couldn’t return, but I’ve never worn it on my daughters. Plus, it’s pricey at €60-80, and the price-to-quantity ratio makes no sense. With a baby cologne, you use it liberally to scent the baby, the cot, the sheets, bedding, carry it in your bag, apply it to their head for brushing hair, refresh their feet in summer, or disinfect toys if you’re out and about… And with a 100ml bottle, it lasts nothing; even if I liked it, I wouldn’t need it as it runs out quickly and is expensive. But even if I used it solely for the baby, I simply don’t like it. It smells of stale powder, something past its sell-by date and out of fashion, with a very bitter, grating note that clashes with a baby’s tenderness. It’s heavy, lacking the joy of those fresh, innocent baby waters. It’s citrusy but not fresh at all, with a heavy opening, poor sillage and longevity. It’s a lady’s perfume, serious and powdery—indeed, many mums use it. With all due respect to its devotees, in my opinion Petits et Mamans is very posh, smells bad and stale, and is also expensive and impractical.

  • Amarilisbelladona

The most expensive thing I’ve ever owned and the worst: smells of stale, bitter dust, no tenderness whatsoever. At €70 and it vanishes from a 100ml bottle, it makes no sense. I prefer my fresh waters from Nenuco or Denenes for my daughters; this is heavy, girly and smells like something well past its expiry date.

  • They gave me this perfume when I had my baby, and I must admit that if it smells exquisite on an adult, on a baby it’s multiplied by a thousand. We both used the same perfume and there was an aura of tenderness in the house, sweetness with a slight citrus touch and a powdery smell that was pure glory. I recommend it for those moments when you feel tender; its scent relaxes, envelops you, and it’s addictive. It smells clean and isn’t the typical Nenuco baby scent (without diminishing that cologne). It’s nice to have such a perfume in the dressing table. Longevity is medium/low and intensity is medium/low, but you can carry it in your bag and spray discreetly. They’ll ask you what you’re wearing because it smells so rich. I also used it to go to bed; it gave me calm and helped me fall asleep. Wonderful scent.

  • They gave it to me with my baby and it smells incredible on adults, but on babies it’s a thousand times better. It creates an aura of tenderness with sweetness, citrus, and powder. It relaxes and calms for sleep, smells clean, and isn’t like Nenuco. It doesn’t last long, but I keep it in my bag to spritz discreetly. Wonderful!

  • Powdery scent, delicious, without tints, not sweet, not heavy; I love it forever. Ideal for perfuming mummy and children (note: I’m not a fan of perfuming very small babies; the most my daughters used when they were babies was Chicco Baby Moments, which is strictly for babies). I think it’s ideal for perfuming mummy and a baby over a year old; I would simply not use it in summer as its dry-down isn’t fresh, so for the rest of the year it’s great. It’s a beautiful fragrance.

I won’t discuss the performance of the Bulgari one as I tried it but don’t own it; the one I have is the Divain copy. Personally, I wouldn’t spend €50-60 on a children’s cologne unless it were a gift. It’s a cologne and has the richest smell in the world, smelling of talcum powder, nothing more or less. I’ve read that the Divain lasts even better than the Bulgari, which I don’t know, but the smell is practically identical and lasts 4 hours on bare skin, which isn’t bad for a children’s perfume. I think it’s a lovely scent; it doesn’t tire or seem pretentious. It’s perfect before going to bed, for a day in tracksuit bottoms and tranquil, for people who don’t like wearing perfume, or for the office. It’s a scent that shows you’re perfumed but nothing crazy, it gives a lot of tenderness. If you’re young or simply don’t want to smell too much, it’s perfect. It’s not an overly elaborate scent with many nuances. I think I’ve found my daily scent.

My daughter’s cologne and also mine; I bought it recently and it’s one of my favourites for a baby. It’s the most special I’ve smelled; I don’t see it for newborns (though until recently I didn’t use any), but from 6-7 months onwards I like it. Although my little one has others in the collection, this is the one I use for special occasions. For a walk, I prefer others that are fresher or lighter, such as Denenes or the classic Suavinex.

  • Petits et Mamans: It opens powdery with a hint of orange peel. Then the powder lingers, the orange fades, and the florals emerge. Ultimately, the powder still dominates with a soft iris, an aromatic peach, and a touch of shy vanilla. It lasts about three hours and projects for one to two hours. It’s powdery, clean, and relaxing—a baby fragrance I use a lot for that sense of cleanliness and softness. It has weak projection and sillage, but that doesn’t make it bad; despite seeming generic, nothing smells as rich. It used to cost €20-25 and now it’s rare to find it for under €35-40. All in all, it’s a very good powder scent with iris and fruit, especially in the heat.

  • JPFernaud

Petits et Mamans: Powdery opening with a soft touch of orange peel. The middle maintains the talcum while the orange yields to floral notes. Dry down: talcum predominates with a soft iris, an aromatic peach, and a very slight vanilla. Projection and longevity: 1-2 hours of projection and about 3 hours of longevity. Conclusion: Powdery, clean, and relaxing. It’s childish, but I use it often for that feeling of cleanliness and softness. It has weak performance and sillage, but that doesn’t diminish it; it seems generic but nothing compares to how rich it is. It used to be cheaper (€20-25), now it’s rare to find it below €35-40. All in all, it’s a very good powdery fragrance with iris and fruity notes; if used in the heat, it’s enjoyed more.

  • This perfume, aimed at children, is so versatile that an adult can wear it. The scent isn’t overly powdery, but what justifies its price is that with its notes it helps you feel at peace and tranquil; yes, it smells like that.

  • Bad news. Bulgari has withdrawn this fragrance from the Spanish market. What a pity; it was the ideal gift for a newborn and their mother, complete with a case and cream. A classic disappearing because Bulgari stops producing what the Chinese don’t like. A risky strategy to make only what they like for everyone. I think they’re shooting themselves in the foot. They also removed BLV, a classic of masculine elegance with a discretion few fragrances had.

  • I tried it in a store on leather and clothes. I was surprised that no perfume lasts on me, I think it’s my pH, but this one held for hours. Although it’s for babies, it smells of talcum powder but with a fresh touch that leaves you feeling clean and cuddly. I feel it’s versatile for adults too; I’m thinking of buying the full set.

  • Aromadicciones

The first thing you notice is a strong chamomile scent, then within seconds talcum powder kicks in, powdery with iris and rose, and avoirdupois vanilla. It smells exactly like baby powder. Be careful not to apply too much to your baby or yourself; it’s quite potent.

  • PaRFuMaNiTa

Absolutely gorgeous. It’s my favourite for mummy and the little ones; I’ll always hold a special fondness for it. I’ve been buying several for years, both for myself and my children, and as gifts too.
