  • Another great creation from Paris Corner: YSL’s Tuxedo at an unbeatable price. A 10/10 quality-to-price ratio. Totally recommended if you like that vibe.

  • A hidden gem. The opening is spicy and aromatic oriental, packed with cedar and benzoin, followed by a brief but balanced citrus note. The dry-down is fantastic: masculine, with a sweet leather or tobacco accord. It has good projection without being a beast, which is just right. The price is unbeatable, as is the design. If Dior Homme 2025 had launched this, I would have bought it blind for what it’s worth. I recommend it without hesitation. Ideal for those over 35.

  • It literally smells like the juice accumulating in the kitchen bin mixed with stale yerba mate and orange peels. No perfume has ever caused me such repulsion. Fortunately, I managed to sell it quickly and get this nail out of my eye.

  • Rifaaqat Adorn – Paris Corner: I tried this for the first time today, and to be honest, it wasn’t what I expected. It left me with contradictory and disappointing impressions. From the first spray, it smells very spicy, with excessive pepper that is simply too much for me. The opening is dry, intense, and aggressive, with no smooth transitions. I understand others might enjoy it, but here the pepper dominates and becomes tiresome. The real issue is longevity: on my skin, it vanishes in nothing, almost testimonial. Within minutes it becomes very weak and then disappears completely. The projection is extremely low, almost non-existent. That initial pepper blast fades quickly without leaving a trace. It doesn’t evolve well and lacks depth. In short, my first experience with Rifaaqat Adorn has been negative: too spicy, unappealing, and with very poor performance. It doesn’t suit me, and I wouldn’t repurchase unless I tried something else.

  • This fragrance proves that if you don’t have the desire to do something properly, you might as well do nothing at all.

  • This fragrance is the pure definition of: ‘if they didn’t want to do something better, they wouldn’t have done anything at all’

  • Half-baked sensations: the opening is aggressive and even unpleasant, but it settles and improves as it dries. I almost agree with those who say it smells like rubbish in the sun; if you don’t know where it’s going, you could be in for a shock. I bought it thinking it was a Mustage with better longevity, and yes, they are similar, but Mustage is more elegant. At least Rifaaqat lasts an hour longer, though the memory of that harsh opening lingers. I like the DNA, but I won’t buy it again. If I trust the brand, it will be the one inspired by Babycat, which is a real winner.

  • It takes a few moments, but I give it time: the opening is strong and even a bit off-putting, though it improves significantly once dry. Be warned, in the sun it can turn into something akin to rubbish, so if you don’t know where you’re going, you might get a fright. I bought it expecting it to be as good as Mustage but with better longevity; yes, they are similar, but Mustage wins on elegance. At least Rifaqaat lasts an hour or two longer, though that initial scent haunts you and makes you glance over your shoulder; I like the DNA, but I wouldn’t buy it again. If I’m going to trust this brand, it will be the other one that performs in Babycat, which is a proper stinker.
