Xavier Blaizot

Xavier obtained a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the Ecole de Management de Normandie, and then enrolled in the Robertet perfumery school. He studied with high-calibre professors, including Jean-François Latty, Jacques Flori and Michel Almairac, for two years. After completing his training, he held positions within Robertet as a perfumer in Europe, the United States and Mexico before starting at PCW. Since 2021, he has worked as the house perfumer and, at the same time, manages business development at PCW. A key driving force and passion for Xavier is to put natural ingredients front and centre, as he believes this will strengthen PCW’s future in modern perfumery. "For me, being a perfumer is much more than a daily job. It means opening up to a completely new world by paying attention to every scent and looking for olfactory beauty in common or basic things. This passion has shaped my personality and my sensibility".
