It is the very definition of fresh, ideal for summer. You get grapefruit, grapefruit, and more grapefruit, but fruity, nothing synthetic, with that typical acidity. It’s super unisex and perfect for the scorching, humid summers of Buenos Aires, where everything feels heavy; this little scent gives instant freshness. I love that acidic touch. It lasts about three hours on me, the trail is right up against the skin, it’s relaxed and for personal enjoyment: you’ll smell it, and whoever is next to you at most. That’s why I recommend buying it on discount, as it’s not worth it at full price. Everything is clean, a nice plus from the brand I adore.

Very refreshing and acidic with rhubarb. It’s a limited edition, but if you can get your hands on it, it’s a summer hit. I find it absolutely unisex.

My first impression upon opening the bottle and spraying it was smelling an acidic dessert, far from what I expected. I love grapefruit, but I still prefer the 4711 Colonia Pink Pepper & grapefruit for how refreshing and energising it is.

This fragrance went from enchanting me to being totally indifferent to me. It was one of my summer favourites, but now I notice a synthetic edge I didn’t perceive before, and the longevity is laughable. I suppose my sense of smell has improved and I now distinguish things I didn’t notice before, so not bad. I gave it to my mother, who adores it, and we were all happy.

I bought it years ago and it broke my heart when I saw it was limited; I’ve been waiting years for it to be released again. It is undoubtedly my favourite fragrance for summer, I have more expensive perfumes and this cologne stands up to them. It’s fresh, with the perfect citrus touch, and the rhubarb gives it something special. I hope it remains available. *UPDATE: The truth is it has very little longevity, I suppose because it’s an EDT with an EDP price… Also, the atomiser detaches with use, I’ve had this happen with all the L’Occitane ones, they should take better care of that.
