It’s a sincere fragrance because its notes are immediately apparent: citrus, florals, musk and air. If you compare it, it’s like a lighter version of Cool Water and CK One, without that marine saltiness or strong spices. It’s ideal for summer due to its freshness, which is its greatest appeal. Note: the alcohol evaporated over time, so now it smells like an Eau de Parfum. It improved significantly in longevity and depth, moving from being an afterthought to a favourite. I let it rest for a year and a half after using a fifth of the bottle.
Carioca by Granado smells like pure bliss: a perfect balance of citrus, floral and musk. The sea salt note caught me off guard, because that’s exactly how it should be – a blend of classic cologne and a seaside bath. I absolutely love it; it transports me straight to the black and white cobblestones of Ipanema.
Carioca by Granado smells like pure bliss, with that just-right touch of citrus, flower and musk. It caught me unawares because it smells of sea salt, as if it were a real ingredient; it’s a mix of classic cologne and a seaside bath. I adore it and it takes me straight to the black and white cobblestones of Ipanema.
