The olfactive pyramid is structured with a caramel top note, which gives way to a vanilla heart and settles on a patchouli base.

What a surprise… I bought it just to reach the €100 spending limit and save on shipping, and it’s very good. As FC Navarra says, the vanilla only stands out on the opening and don’t trust the name. Once dried, it feels more earthy, powdery and ‘caramelised’. A classy scent. I was pleasantly surprised. Recommendation: measure your sprays and avoid using it in heat, it can become overpowering.
If you want to know what it smells like, it’s a homemade vanilla pudding in a takeaway cup. I was pleasantly surprised: gourmand and warm vanilla. Perhaps it’s not the most unique, but neither is it linear or ordinary. I love it on its own and for layering. Absolutely delicious and cosy, like a freshly served pudding. I tried it with a mango fragrance and it smelled like a mango milkshake or mango smoothie with milk. In winter, I’m fascinated when the body craves these little treats 🌟🌟☺️
Received today, it’s my first perfume from this house and I love it: totally gourmand, sweet vanilla, warm and cosy, with a hint of star anise. It reminds me of rompope gummies from Xalapa, where the air is humid and fresh. The vanilla is rich, the trail is notable, the caramel gives the scent of freshly made flan, and the patchouli adds a dusty base that intensifies everything. I see it as feminine, it performs hugely, quality is outstanding and the price is perfect.
I bought a decant expecting it to smell like cookies, not patchouli as some say… but it doesn’t. Only on the initial spray does it smell like rich cookies, then the patchouli comes through. It stays sweet but feels heavy, even unpleasant, as I’m not a fan. It shouldn’t be called Vanilla, but rather patchouli. I hope for a version without patchouli that actually smells like cookies 🙏🏻
Perfect for cold weather, unisex and very pleasant; you can really detect the caramel and vanilla. Projects strongly for the first three hours and lasts eight. The quality-to-price ratio is top-notch; Kalotinis is a great option for gourmands.
