First impressions! A liquoraceous opening that fades quickly, featuring pure cocoa notes with hazelnut powder—more powder than cream, right in the middle. I was worried it might be too dry, but it has a satin texture. The spices are very subtle, only noticeable if you look closely, perhaps a touch of cinnamon. This is my first Kalotinis and I don’t think it’ll be the last; I’m eager to try more at this price. I’ve loved it and it joins my collection of cocoa scents: I highlight Chocolate Greedy, Chocoviolet and L’interdit rouge Ultime (in fact, I think it will help highlight the cocoa I love so much with this L’interdit!). For now, longevity and sillage are moderate.
This is undoubtedly my favourite from Theodoros Kalotinis’s new festive or Christmas line (2025). It’s chocolaty, not bitter, with a rich creaminess of chocolate and praline, plus a slightly spicy touch. For anyone who is a gourmand lover. It’s a spectacular fragrance and doesn’t remind me of anything I own. Projects well and feels dense at first. I’ll discuss longevity on YouTube or TikTok later as I’m only just testing it today. Safe blind buy!
Tastes like Nutella with a hint of spices, not overly sweet. It opens with a fleeting liquoraceous blast before letting cocoa take centre stage. Smells fantastic and is super winter-appropriate. The downside is that longevity and sillage drop significantly after the first hour, becoming quite minimal; in my case, it lasts about 3 or 4 hours. However, given the good price, I don’t mind reapplying it. Ideal for gourmand lovers.
