I received it today along with the pistachio one, a new launch. In this cinnamon case, I have to say it felt a bit underwhelming. It smells good, but I have similar ones with better projection, such as Spicy Pumpkin & Marshmallow by Jousset Parfums (a gem) or Pumpkin Pie by Library Of Fragrance (very affordable). To my nose, it smells only of sweet cinnamon, very soft. If you want something that smells like cinnamon cookies with lovely ginger, I’d recommend the Jo Malone Christmas one. But as I received it today, these are first impressions. EDIT: Days have passed and I totally retract. I don’t base opinions on first impressions. I’ve worn it for three days and I like it more each time. On the first day, freshly sprayed, it felt ‘asleep’, giving the impression it fades quickly. After three days, it’s now 16:00 and I sprayed it at 10:00. It still smells like marshmallow milk with cinnamon and a long barquillo. Authentic delight, creamy, ‘cinnamoned’, lactonic and slightly vanilla. Very happy with the purchase. Longevity: 6-8 hours, but longer on a jumper. Absolutely comfortable, cosy, gourmand but not excessively sweet. No regrets. Although it has similarities to what I mentioned, it has its own personality. It’s marshmallow milk with a barquillo and cinnamon.
As explained perfectly above: it smells like marshmallow milk with cinnamon, even the cone. At first, the butter is a bit sharp (happened to me with others), but once it settles, it adds more realism. I haven’t tested longevity yet, but it smells strong and I can’t believe it won’t last. I’m not sure if I’ll feel comfortable, as the scent is very realistic. I think the gourmand theme is getting out of hand XD
Addictive scent that makes you crave more, and that’s its problem because it’s terribly weak. Horrible performance, but delicious. It smells more like cinnamon bread than those super sweet, creamy rolls. No, this isn’t that.
It’s an authentic cinnamon roll; the scent is so real it smells like warm, melted butter icing. To add more realism and sweetness, I usually wear something like Bianco Latte or a fragrance with white chocolate. For the price, it’s like having a niche perfume at home.
More to me than Swedish rolls, it smells like butter cookies with lots of cinnamon. In terms of longevity and sillage, it behaves much like Theodoros Kalotinis perfumes: at first, they hit you with an intense blast, you think it will last forever, but after half an hour it drops. Quite realistic aroma, but longevity and sillage leave something to be desired. Even so, excellent price for a niche fragrance. For gourmand lovers.
To me, it smells more like butter cookies with lots of cinnamon than Swedish cinnamon rolls. The longevity and sillage are typical of Kalotinis perfumes: at first, you get an intense blast and think it will last all day, but after half an hour it fades. Quite photorealistic, but the longevity and sillage leave something to be desired. Even so, it’s excellent value for a niche perfume. Perfect for gourmand lovers.
Smells like a very realistic cinnamon roll; you can almost smell the warm, melted butter icing. Delicious, but only for those who love sweets and cinnamon to the max. I agree the opening is potent, though it doesn’t last more than two hours; however, for the price, you can’t ask for more. I bought it by smelling it on paper first, then on my skin, but the butter note didn’t work for me as I felt greasy. It’s a pity it’s not a cleaner, airier cinnamon, although then it wouldn’t be so realistic. I gifted it to my teenage daughter and she’s delighted.
Like most Theodoros, this one is chewy. If you’re looking for a scent true to its name, you’ve found it: cinnamon, butter, and plenty of sugar delivering a proper cinnamon roll. Once it dries down, the buttery harshness mellows considerably, which I appreciate, leaving a more wearable vanilla and cinnamon gourmand. Longevity hovers around four hours on skin; projection and sillage are overwhelming at first, but don’t be deceived – after half an hour it drops off a cliff and becomes practically intimate. I’d call it unisex if you enjoy gourmands. Given its profile, it’s best suited for autumn and winter, though the projection could make it wearable year-round. I found it very delicious, but I struggle with these perfumes: I can’t quite find occasions to wear them. Furthermore, the performance is poor, so I probably won’t buy it.
The opening is super lactonic; I sense a lemon glaze with cinnamon and a very present lactonic base. Then it dries down in two minutes, balances, and settles like a cookie kuchen with an hyper-realistic cinnamon. My expectations were high and they were exceeded. Being used to commercial and synthetic aromas isn’t bad, but I was looking for something new, quality and realistic. I didn’t think it had such good quality, and for the price, it’s a gift. Definitely, you can hate it or love it; if you’re a gourmand lover and are looking for something realistic and edible, this TH is ideal to start. It reminds me of a bakery, a cookie kuchen and glaze. Relatively good longevity, lasts all day on skin and if macerated, it becomes a bomb.
Most perfumers are like abstract painters, but Kalotinis is the photographer. The opening is super milky, evoking a lemon and cinnamon glaze over a strong creamy base. After two minutes it dries down, balances beautifully, and settles into an hyper-realistic gingerbread cake scent. My expectations were high, and they were exceeded. Coming from commercial and synthetic fragrances, they aren’t bad, but I was searching for something new, realistic, and gourmand. I didn’t expect such quality, and for the price, it’s a bargain. It will definitely be a love-it-or-hate-it fragrance. If you are a gourmand lover seeking something realistic and edible, this TH is ideal to start with. It reminds me of a bakery, a kuchen, and a glaze. The longevity is relatively good; it lasts all day on the skin, and once it muddies, it becomes an absolute bomb.
The name reflects the scent well; it doesn’t deceive. It has a powerful opening that’s a bit scary, but the projection drops quickly into a personal bubble, which isn’t a bad thing. You might wear it almost all year round except in summer. This house has positioned itself well in gourmands with a very good quality-to-price ratio.
The name reflects the aroma very well, no deception. With a powerful opening that you imagine will be beast mode, but projection drops quickly and moves to a more personal bubble, though it’s not that bad. Perhaps you’d use it almost all year round, except in summer. This house has positioned itself very well in gourmand aromas with excellent value for money.
It starts with a super realistic and mouth-watering cinnamon stick, then transforms into the potpourri my mum used to put in the communal bathroom. Fortunately, it doesn’t last long.

More than a cinnamon stick, it reminds me of a caramelised milk drink without lemon. It’s very delicious and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. It doesn’t have a beastly projection, but it creates a very pleasant personal bubble.
Something strange happens with this one. On the paper, it smells wonderful: milk, lemon, and cinnamon, just like my grandmother’s warm rice pudding. But on my skin, it lasts only seconds before smelling of rancid lard or old yeast, nothing like the description. I thought macerating it would help, but it didn’t. Almost everyone loves it; I don’t know if it’s my skin reacting to the butter note. The longevity and projection are very low. I wouldn’t recommend buying it blindly.
Full-on gourmand. The scent is so real a cinnamon roll. I, to give it more realism and sweetness (which it doesn’t lack), usually wear something like bianco latte or with white chocolate. For the price it has, it’s having a niche perfume.
It’s pure gourmand, smelling of cinnamon stick right to the bone. I add a touch of Bianco Latte or something with white chocolate to give it more realism and sweetness, which it doesn’t lack. For the price, it’s like having a niche perfume at home.
