I’ve had this for a short while now; people say it’s a dupe for Burberry, but I’m not entirely sure as I haven’t tried the original. Fall in Bloom is very different from my usual scents; I bought it blind and, probably, if I’d smelled it first I wouldn’t have worn it, not because it’s bad, but because my style is quite distinct (sweet and fruity). I wore it a week ago on a crisp summer afternoon and it worked brilliantly. I’d recommend it for winter and autumn, day and night, and for spring or summer in the evenings. I received compliments, even from a 54-year-old aunt. It smells more distinguished, mature, floral with a touch of talc. The moss reminds me a bit of a unisex splash. I don’t detect the dominant plum scent; it’s more of a background note, an unripe plum. It has excellent longevity and sillage. Obviously I’ll continue to wear it, but I’ll use it more in autumn 🍁.
