Perfumer Lyn Harris sets green leaves against bitter orange at the top, juniper and pine through the heart, and cedar with incense in the base.
Up top, green leaves meet bitter orange for a fresh, vegetal lift with a restrained citrus bite.
At the heart, juniper and pine take over. The mood becomes drier, more aromatic and resinous, recalling a clear pine wood.
Underneath, cedar and incense form the foundation. The cedar is dry and steady, the incense softly smoky and balsamic.
The broader picture links green, citrus and warm spice accords with amber, balsam and smoke. There is no floral detour and no sugared softness.
