Fresh and summery, just as Jo Malone promises. At first, the orange and grapefruit burst forth. Then it turns green and mentholated, with plenty of oakmoss. By the end, the citrus fades and leaves something more woody, with that oakmoss and a hint of vetiver. It’s unisex, though I find it leans more masculine. It doesn’t last long, but for a citrus it’s acceptable. I like it, even though I’m not a fan of fresh scents; the quality is good and nothing synthetic. I love the grapefruit and how the oakmoss blends without being annoying. Although I wouldn’t buy it myself, I recommend it to those seeking freshness and who enjoy grapefruit.
I don’t understand why they call it citrus; it has nothing to do with the freshness of Lime Basil & Mandarin. To me, it’s heavy, bitter, and herbal, ending with a sweaty scent I absolutely hate. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. It smells bad, plain and simple. I’ve tried thousands of colognes and this is a total disappointment, or I was given a faulty product, or I don’t know what’s going on. My 30ml for 52€ have ended up in the bin.
