Fashionably London Elixir is potent. Although I use the other one, there are noticeable differences: here the wood, musk and rose notes are amplified. It has a powerful, direct and elegant body; it’s not cloying, but if you apply too much, it hits hard. I recommend a couple of sprays to get used to it. I wear it all day without reapplying and when I get home it’s still on my skin and clothes. Men also wear it and it projects differently, a little less dense but with lots of character. If you don’t like something so overwhelming, better avoid the Elixir version. It’s one of the best in the Jo Malone with Zara collection, unisex. The price is excellent; I’ve bought more expensive perfumes that have neither projection nor longevity. Ideal for someone creative, strong, who likes to look after their style without the hassle of seeking out niche fragrances.

The men in my household use it too, and it smells different on them, a bit less dense but with plenty of character. If you don’t like something so overwhelming, perhaps avoid the Elixir version. From the Jo Malone collection, this is one of the best unisex scents. The price is brutal; I’ve bought more expensive perfumes that lack both projection and longevity. If I recommend it to someone creative, strong, who enjoys curating their style and doesn’t want the hassle of seeking niche fragrances, this perfume changes everything and makes you smell distinct.

It’s a blend of florals and musk that smells eternal, though not for daily wear. It opens with a very extravagant citrus note, surrounded by flowers where the rose at the centre blends naturally and elegantly with the musk. It projects strongly and lasts over 12 hours on the skin. Zara’s collaboration with Jo Malone is their best work yet; it smells similar to Marley’s Delina… because the quality and longevity are incredible! My only gripe is that it might be too intense for everyday use.

A lovely blend of florals and musk… it’s a classic that isn’t quite suitable for everyday wear. It opens with a citrus madness amongst the flowers, where the rose at the heart mixes with the musk in a natural and elegant way. It smells strong and lasts incredibly long, over 12 hours on the skin. The Zara collaboration with Jo Malone is its ace in the hole; it smells just like Marley’s Delina… the quality and performance are top! But perhaps that’s my only gripe…

What a lovely scent! Obviously, if you enjoy roses in perfumes. I just discovered it; I applied it a couple of hours ago and it smells potent, like it was just applied. It has shifted from a citrusy rose at the start to a powdery, elegant rose. It’s unisex and smells perfect on men or women. Beautiful aroma!

What a delicious scent! If you love roses, this is for you. I tried it a few hours ago and it’s intense, as if straight from the bottle. It evolves from a citrusy rose at the start to a powdery, elegant rose. It’s a perfect unisex fragrance, looking great on both men and women. Beautiful aroma!

The woodiness is very noticeable; I barely detect the bergamot top note. It’s marked as unisex, but for me, it leans masculine; I prefer the regular version on women as it’s lighter.

It reminds me of Portrait of a Lady but slightly more masculine. It’s a somewhat dark rose with a fougère or elegant tint. In my opinion, it’s much more masculine than the one by Frederic Malle. The regular version is the same, just lighter, perhaps due to the peony or something more floral. It smells different, and I’m struck that it’s by Jo Malone, as other creations from their brand haven’t pleased me as much as this one.

I smell this perfume all over the UK; it is TOP 1 among the British. Perfumer Jo Malone is the perfumer, and I would say it smells like a niche perfume. Be warned, if you do not like perfumes with a rose scent because this is pure rose and bergamot. It is a dark, impactful rose, especially when it is cold as the air makes this perfume even more enchanting. Do you need to buy niche perfumes to smell good and have long-lasting power? My answer is NO, and this perfume is proof, with just 3 sprays it lasts all day, even days on clothes. 10/10. Bravo Zara.

It caught me by surprise, but the longevity is brutal: over 12 hours on the skin and it lasts days on clothes. It projects well and smells of potent, sweet rose with a musky and spicy touch. If you like rose, you’ll love it, because that’s what stands out most. It smells much more expensive than it costs and the quality is top. I’d label it unisex, although it leans slightly towards the feminine.

This perfume was a wonderful surprise. The longevity is excellent; it lasts over 12 hours on my skin and days on my clothes. It also projects quite well. I would describe it as a potent, sweet rose combined with that musk and something spicy/woody. That said, you must like rose as it is the most prominent note. It smells far more expensive than it actually is, and the quality is superb. I would say it is unisex, though it leans slightly towards the feminine side.

It smells of wood with something of rose, I see it as masculine, on a woman it is a NO.
