Liz Claiborne founded her company in 1976 to offer coordinated outfits to working women. The brand grew from that first clothing line to a catalogue of clothes, bags, shoes, accessories and fragrances. From the start, its aim was to make a complete everyday wardrobe easier.
The house presented fragrances for women and men and, in 2008, Elizabeth Arden obtained the worldwide licence to manufacture, distribute and market them. Liz Claiborne and Realities are among the house's historic references. Current availability depends on the licensee and the market where the product is sought.
