Faizal Privee has unveiled Autumn in Guangxi, a new fragrance for women and men that captures the mood of a Chinese autumn in the Guangxi region. This oriental woody scent pairs the brightness of grapefruit with the smoky depth of oud.

Due for release in 2026, the perfume is built on contrasts — delicate white flowers, leathery osmanthus and a powdery, amber-rich base that lingers.

At the top, frangipani opens with a creamy tropical sweetness, while grapefruit adds a citrusy lift. Jasmine lends its classic white floral glow, and oud appears early, setting the tone for the composition's dark undercurrent.

The heart is where osmanthus takes centre stage. Often referred to as sweet olive, it offers a suede-like, apricot nuance, somewhere between a floral and a fine tea. Champaca, a tropical bloom with hints of spice and honey, deepens the floral heart, always shadowed by that thread of oud.
