About Bloodline
Bloodline by Bujairami: Shadowed Vanilla Lifted by Sea Salt and Blood Orange
Created by Adam Bujairami and introduced in 2024, Bloodline from Bujairami is an Oriental Vanilla offering for both men and women.
Its character comes from tension: sparkling marine and citrus notes up top, then a mellow, enveloping drydown built around vanilla, rum and tonka.
Up top you find blood orange, lime, coconut, sea salt, juniper berry and heliotrope. The result is succulent with a saline snap, freshened by herbal-green touches and a whisper of powder.
At the centre, sugar cane meets Moroccan jasmine and osmanthus, alongside almond and nutmeg. Here the perfume grows fuller and creamier, the blossoms keeping it luminous while spice gently warms the sweetness.
The drydown settles into vanilla, rum, grey amber and tonka bean. Tonka and vanilla give a rounded, comforting sweetness; rum lends depth and heat, grey amber a cool, almost mineral saltiness.
The broader profile is vanillic, sweet and ambery, yet lifted by fresh, spiced-citrus and aromatic strands. There are also floral, fruity, almond-like and talc-soft inflections that keep it smooth rather than heavy.
As a shared, all-gender wear, it travels gracefully from brightness to a richer, more gourmand close, never losing that interplay of light and shade.
Suited to wearers who favour vanilla with depth and enjoy the play of zesty, salty brightness against rum-led warmth. It should also suit those drawn to sweet, all-gender fragrances with soft spice and a tropical-fruity gleam.
In the end, Bloodline reads as a clearly drawn Oriental Vanilla, linking sea air and citrus to a dark, comforting base. An even, well-resolved composition with a warmly gourmand and lightly saline signature.
