Descripción

Cheirosa '68 by Sol de Janeiro is a fruity floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2022, this olfactive composition features the freshness of dragon fruit and lychee in its top notes. The heart reveals hibiscus flower, also known as Jamaica flower or cayenne, enriched with marine notes and jasmine. To finish, the base notes offer a warm and enveloping combination of vanilla and musk.

  • I really liked it! It’s a very sweet and slightly fresh fragrance, yet without feeling floral. Personally, it reminded me of the smell of Chiquitín (or Danonino). Of all the comparisons people make, I think it’s most similar to Burberry Her, only Cheirosa 68 is lighter, perhaps because it’s a body spray. It lasts a few hours on clothes but hardly anything on skin. Nevertheless, I don’t mind reapplying it during the day; I highly recommend it!

I love it! It smells sweet and has great presence, plus it suits my skin chemistry perfectly. The cream from the same range isn’t quite as good, but I really enjoy how the mist makes me feel. It’s a sweet fragrance but not childish; it has presence without being overwhelming. On my skin, after a while, it evolves into a cotton-candy-like scent – I can’t quite explain it, but it’s an especially sweet touch I don’t detect at first. Normally these mists don’t last long on skin, but this one lasts me about 4-5 hours, which is a plus. It has a moderate sillage, so you can wear it to work perfectly without overpowering anyone. I’ve already refilled three bottles; it’s one of my favourites.

I have the ZENZ inspiration and it smells absolutely divine. I adore that Jamaican note; it feels like I’m wearing a bit of whipped cream (at least that’s how I perceive it in my inspiration). I also detect a sugary, sweet jasmine. I really liked it. I hope to try the original one day.

  • Well, no wonder all the hype! It’s super sweet 🍬🍭 and genuinely addictive. While some people hate it, I’m one of those who loves it (even though I usually avoid candy-scented fragrances as they feel too childish, this one is nowhere near that). On my skin, it doesn’t last long, but it sticks to my hair and clothes much better. I also own the body cream, but it smells different and less sweet than the body mist. I do think the price is high for a body mist with such short longevity. Mine is part of a mini set; I’d only buy the full size when on offer, after all, it’s a daily wear scent that’s pleasant but nothing more, quite informal.

I understand what they say about it being similar to Baccarat 540, but it’s not the same as Baccarat, which sometimes seems very heavy to me. The body splash is great, lasting the normal amount for this type of product (not much) or a bit more. It’s sweet but refreshing, ideal for use at any time. Among Sol de Janeiro body splashes, it’s one of my favourites.

  • Horrible. I bought it due to the hype but it smells like hospital gloves with flowers. Every time I wear it, I get a very strange smell; in fact, it gives me a weird sensation in my throat, as if the scent were very strong when it isn’t. It’s too soft and to me it smells like nothing else. The vanilla isn’t noticeable, just a little. To be honest, if it smells like Ariana’s Cloud and Baccarat, perhaps that’s why I didn’t like it. Don’t buy it blindly.

My favourite Sol de Janeiro scent is so rich, sweet and juicy that I love it. It’s a sweet treat that hooks you, juicy and not cloying. I mix it with Ariana’s Cloud and create a bomb; people always ask what I’m wearing. It lasts quite a while on clothes; hours pass and I can still smell it even when I move around. I have it in both small and large sizes and would buy it a thousand times; it’s the only one where I don’t mind the price. It would be great if it were cheaper, but it’s expensive for a splash.

I’m not good at describing scents, but with Sol de Janeiro 68 I’ll say it smells like pure Baccarat, feminine version, with a wonderful touch of vanilla and perhaps a hint of fruit, without being cloying. It’s a beautiful, feminine scent and the best thing apart from the price is the longevity. This lasts me 6 hours. I’ve received many compliments thanks to this beauty. BUY IT.

  • Smells great, it’s identical to Ariana Grande’s Cloud Pink. Sol de Janeiro has better options; it’s fresh but doesn’t last. If you apply many sprays, it lasts 30-40 minutes, but over time it loses its new scent and turns into chewing gum. The good thing is it’s very current and suitable for any occasion. I highly recommend the ’40’ instead; it lasts longer and smells much better.

  • vikivikvik

I have no words to describe how badly it smells; it’s so sweet that it gives me a headache and the floral notes are missing. In conclusion: strawberry yoghurt with an excess of sweetener and alcohol. As they say, tastes differ, but since I like gourmand scents, this seems like a terrible taste. It doesn’t smell ‘sophisticated’ or ‘elegant’ as social media claims.

  • cheirosa40lvr

It could be my perfume, but the only thing I smell is talcum powder, very similar to Ariana’s Cloud.

  • anamaestracorreo

For me, it has the best performance and longevity in the collection. The scent smells like effervescent strawberry Fanta to which you’ve added a sachet of Fluimucil 😆😆. But it smells cool. It doesn’t resemble Cloud or Baccarat; this is more effervescent.

  • alejandra garlo

On social media, it’s sold as super floral, sweet, and feminine, but for me, it’s not that. It has that ‘dentist’ smell that reminds me of Baccarat Rouge 540, of course it’s not the same, but it has that vibe. If it’s sweet, not so much; you can detect the jasmine and a juicy pitaya, and the marine notes give it a touch, as if complementing the fruit. For me, it could be unisex and not super feminine. So far, it’s my favourite, a delicious scent that makes people ask what I’m wearing.

  • It doesn’t smell tropical or like what it claims to contain. On my skin, it starts off very alcoholic and fades quickly, turning into a dupe of Baccarat Rouge with a more intense burnt sugar accord and less projection. Although it projects well at first and lasts about eight hours, I stopped wearing it. It’s an autumn/winter perfume for special occasions; I see it as more feminine than the original but lighter. I recommend it for those who don’t want to spend a fortune; of the dupes I’ve tried, it’s the closest. Pleasant: 7/10, Interesting: 7/10, Versatile: 6/10, Original: 0/10.

  • I don’t understand the hype for this mist; it smells like plastic mixed with syrup and gave me a headache when I tried the tester. It’s very similar to Cloud Pink, but the dry-down didn’t convince me as I didn’t notice the promised notes. I wouldn’t recommend it.

  • To me, it smells too heavy, with lots of musk and alcohol. It reminds me of how the Stradivarius shop smells, haha.

  • I’ve been wearing it for a couple of days and I’m so smitten that it has dethroned my favourite Cheirosa 71. Without a doubt, it’s the best of them all; it smells almost identical to Burberry Her EDP. I would definitely buy it again because, although it’s a body mist, the longevity on my skin is good, especially if I spray it in my hair.

  • It smells identical to Baccarat Hair Mist, identical 😅 I own both and if I’d known, I would have just grabbed this one 😅🤷🏻♀️, plus it lasts just as long or even longer. Of course, when my other bottle runs out, I’ll only opt for Cheirosa ’68 🙌✨ (NB: it doesn’t seem tropical at all as the pyramid suggests; this is absolute Baccarat)

  • At first, when lightly sprayed, it’s nice, but then it becomes heavy, smells very much of alcohol and synthetic notes, and every time I cross paths with someone wearing it, it doesn’t seem to smell good or sophisticated to me. I’ve already stopped using it

  • Mitsudeveraux

What a disappointment. I liked it on the tester and bought it, but upon opening it I only smell alcohol… even after some time, I notice no scent whatsoever

  • Doesn’t it remind anyone of L’Imperatrice? That tropical opening reminds me of it a lot, but lighter and more aquatic. It smells nice, but I don’t think it deserves all the hype

  • Thaiss🌷

I love it. At first, it is sweet and fruity with a touch of floral, but the dry-down is wow, so delicious. It smells of very clean vanilla thanks to the musk and flowers, with a hint of fruit that is noticeable. Scent: 10/10. Longevity: 9.5/10 (lasts me 4-5 hours without lotion, 5-6 hours with lotion). Projection: 7.5/10.

  • Reviewing Janeiro’s Sun Mists, the 68 had to be included. In my opinion, it doesn’t deserve as much hype as on social media, especially compared to viral scents like the 62 or the 59. It all comes down to personal taste. To me, it has an artificial, syrupy, or medicinal touch; the fruity notes don’t sound natural and the aquatic notes seem like cleaning products. That said, it is easy to wear, especially for younger girls in spring and summer. It might be just me, as I see many people enjoying it, so I wouldn’t hesitate to try it in a store if you’re curious, although for me it stays at a 6/10.

  • I’d rather spend money on any other dupe than this body splash. The content doesn’t last at all and is used up very quickly. If the scent is nice, it just doesn’t perform. It smells of tropical fruits, tart raspberry, and in the end, it feels somewhat powdery (that’s my perception). It feels expensive and feminine.

  • I absolutely love it! Unfortunately, it doesn’t last as long as I would like. I bought it because I smelled it in a restaurant and didn’t hesitate to ask what it was. It is certainly a sweet scent but not cloying. I wish it lasted longer; by the way, I’ve never felt like I smelled of alcohol after applying a perfume.

  • I tried this fragrance and couldn’t decide what to think. I’m not sure if it’s the aquatic note that throws me off or the extremely synthetic dry-down. I didn’t love it; it’s not unpleasant and I can see people wearing it, but it’s simply not my taste. Later, it settles into a vanilla note which makes it more bearable, though it’s a salty vanilla that still doesn’t work for me. I think it would be better if it were more woody. Advice: don’t buy blindly.

  • cursedhazakura

It delivers on its promises, but to be honest, I don’t love it. It’s soft. The longevity and sillage are low compared to other fragrances.

  • Smells nice, like Cloud Pink but with a marine twist, a little fruity sweet with flowers and sea breeze. The longevity is decent, though not as much as the 62 (that one lasts 8 hours with little sillage). The 68 lasts 5 hours but with a sillage much better. In short, it’s a lovely body mist worth it, but not at the sky-high prices found in online stores.

  • This mist is 100% that moment on the beach when the last hours of sun remain and the waves crash with force. It’s a soft, almost celestial scent, like bottled breeze. Salty sea dominates with its musk, softened by hibiscus and vanilla. I appreciate it greatly; I know it’s not for everyone, but it stole my heart.

  • Watch out, the hype doesn’t convince me. The opening is super synthetic before settling into clean vanilla, but I wouldn’t buy it for that initial blast. It lasts three hours and isn’t worth the price. To me, it doesn’t smell fruity; it’s chemical, which I can’t stand. However, I would take the cream and the gel; they smell much better, fruity and natural.

  • Michiburrito

Lovely! It’s fresh, tropical and sweet, but not overpowering, not cloying at all. It doesn’t suit me perfectly, but my mother loves it so much she bought a 240ml bottle, plus soaps. It lasts quite a while for a mist, though not quite at the level of the 62. I see it as super summery and also usable in spring.
