It’s good, but the jasmine is very prominent.
Very lovely; the white florals are noticeable with a citrus touch and a good trail, similar to Gucci Bloom or Michael Kors.
I gifted this to my youngest daughter. It’s floral: starts with orange, then jasmine, and finishes sweet. It’s like a fancy body splash in terms of longevity: 2-3 hours on the skin and up to 6 on clothes, leaving a small trail.
Very feminine; I’m wearing it now in spring. It reminds me more of Prada La Femme due to that creamy touch, unlike Gucci Bloom, which is more floral.
It feels very common, something we’ve all smelled before. Initially, it reminds me of perfumes like United Dreams, but as it dries, it becomes sweet, losing the typical florals for a feminine and agreeable aroma. It’s not special, but it works well for casual wear.
At first, it’s strong and floral, with jasmine mixed with tropical and citrus notes, but it dries down to a subtle, pleasant scent on the skin.
Does anyone have any similar recommendations?
It’s Gucci Bloom but cheaper and EDT. A romantic and summery fragrance, if you like jasmine I recommend it.
Based on reviews, I looked for something ‘rose-like’ similar to ‘Depende de las ruedas’ by Puig, nothing special. I ended up with this and what a disappointment. Perhaps the scent is very realistic. I have rose bushes and they don’t smell this cloying. It’s a kick in the teeth of roses and jasmine that sends you to the floor. I couldn’t stand having it on my skin for long enough to appreciate the base notes. I gifted it away.
I would have loved to try it now, I remember it as delicious: sweet but not cloying, feminine, with personality and excellent longevity. I used it for an unpleasant occasion and wouldn’t use it again, but I remember its lovely scent and I’m looking for that similar softness (I think it’s the coconut), just the softness, but obviously not the same.
I saw it as floral, fresh with a clean touch (perhaps citrus). I expected more sweetness, but nothing bad; very feminine and youthful. It lasted about 4 hours on me. Not bad, but I don’t love it.
I smell jasmine all the time… I don’t notice any other note. It’s very pretty and delicate. I loved it, bought it for a good price and it didn’t disappoint. It is true that pure jasmine predominates, like in deodorants or little perfumes. Recommended.
Bought it blindly because it’s floral. Fresh opening, balanced jasmine and citrus. Then it softens and leaves a soft jasmine on the skin. It’s my favourite flower; I associate it with spring and sprigs of jasmine. After a few hours I only detect it on the skin, it lasts longer on clothes. It lacks longevity, but it’s not that expensive, so it’s for reapplication. Nice bottle, delicate like the fragrance, with a pink gradient tint and gold details.
One of the best jasmine perfumes I’ve tried. Longevity and trail are moderate, but the price is excellent and very cheap, so I reapply it without hesitation. It’s super youthful, giving an image of a clean, elegant woman. It’s my signature scent alongside Tous EDT; both have a youthful freshness, but here you get pure white florals. It’s spring in a bottle.
One of the best jasmine scents I’ve had. Longevity and trail are moderate, but the price is excellent and very cheap, so I reapply it without any issues. Super youthful, gives an image of a clean and elegant woman. It’s my signature along with Tous EDT; both have a youthful freshness, but here they feel like pure white flowers. It’s spring in a bottle.
I read it smells of jasmine, but I detect pure honeysuckle instead; the jasmine is there but secondary. If it were more potent it would be annoying, but as it’s soft with little projection and longevity, it’s super good. A lovely floral scent with a slight sweet touch at the end. Very affordable price and delivers what it promises.
Just finished it. I wouldn’t buy it again. It enters rapid olfactory fatigue. If you’re looking to try a cheap little perfume with a certain Gucci Bloom vibe to change up your scent so you don’t smell the same, it’s fine, but it’s not a signature fragrance.
Tastes delicious, but to me it smells like head-to-toe jasmine – a right bang on the face!
I was surprised it was called Rose, presumably due to the colour. The perfume seemed nice. It is a slightly cloying floral, lots of honeysuckle and jasmine, but the citrus balances it. In a fancy brand bottle they would sell it double the price without shame. That is why I liked it: it is easy to use, good for daily wear, has an accessible price and its longevity is moderate. It does not look bad.
A sweet, creamy jasmine. The floral note feels incredibly natural. I love it.
Sweet and creamy jasmine. The floral note feels super natural. I love it.
I smell jasmine throughout the process, like the flower itself in its natural state, nothing synthetic. The truth is, quite pleasant.
A perfume that does not stand out. You notice it several times but cannot distinguish it. It is not something that stays etched in memory.
One of my favourite flowers: intense but slightly sweet jasmine, balanced with citrus and honeysuckle. A beautiful, cheerful and smiling floral that smiles at me every time I wear it. Lasts about four hours on dry skin and longer in the cold. On bad days I bathe with jasmine and this is one of my favourites.
To close the year, I’m reviewing this Christmas gift from my daughter and it was a total hit, unexpected because I didn’t think I would like it so much. I fell in love immediately; upon spraying it, I feel good. The jasmine, my favourite flower, is potent, along with the honeysuckle and bergamot. Then there is a vanilla base with creamy coconut. The trail is spectacular, projecting for two hours and lasting nearly six on my dry skin. For Benetton it is incredible; others from the brand last less than half an hour. It is suitable for any time or season, not overpowering, sweet but not cloying. I recommend it to lovers of florals with a prominent jasmine. It reminded me of Avon’s Rare Pearls, but I love this more because it lacks those strong orange notes. Happy 2023!
To close the year, I’m reviewing this Christmas present from my daughter, and it was a total hit, something unexpected as I didn’t think I’d like it so much. I fell in love: as soon as I sprayed it, I felt great, noticing the potency of the jasmine, my favourite flower, along with honeysuckle and bergamot. Then there’s a vanilla and coconut base that makes it creamy. It has a spectacular trail: projecting for two hours and lasting nearly six on my skin, which is a lot for me as I have dry skin. Since it’s from Benetton, I’m very satisfied, as other scents from the brand didn’t last even half an hour. It’s suitable for any time of day or season, not overpowering and wearable. It’s sweet but not cloying, more of a sweet floral that I’m passionate about. I recommend it to those looking for something very floral with a present jasmine note. It reminded me of Avon’s Rare Pearls, but I love this one more as I don’t detect so much orange and it’s not as strong. Happy 2023 to everyone!
Nard and jasmine… I barely smell the jasmine, but it looks nicer when it dries. P.S.: Don’t be fooled by the name ‘Rose’ 😉
Jasmine, rose and orange blossom dominate. It is feminine and youthful, smells great. Reminds me of Gucci Bloom, 212 by Carolina Herrera or Tommy Girl. I would gift it to a young girl or wear it post-gym. Ideal for daytime and spring.
It is pure floral. I sense a super natural jasmine, straight from the flower. Nothing of that thick milk smell, but rather fresh and aquatic like a gardenia. Beautiful, delicate, cheerful, and with excellent longevity. It lingers on clothes for days.
Let me tell you how I fell in love: I was walking down the street when a very coquettish, plus-sized lady left me breathless with her scent. I followed her with a friend for a few blocks until I dared to ask. She simply said ‘Benetton rosadito’. We rushed to Farmacity to try everything until we found it! I adore its coconut and floral notes. Worth every penny.
I bought it for a trip because I’d forgotten to pack my perfume. I loved it! It smells of white flowers; I can distinguish jasmine, honeysuckle, and a powdery note. Perfect for spring and summer! I tried it in winter and it didn’t attract me at all, but now that the warmer days have returned, I’ve given it another chance and fallen in love again. Definitely much more pleasant in warm weather.
A pretty little girl’s perfume, nothing more. On my skin, the honeysuckle stands out, and the longevity is minimal.
Not much to say; a floral scent isn’t bad, but its sillage and longevity are very poor. I gave it to my sister-in-law and now I feel embarrassed. A terrible choice!
Looking for something low-cost to keep in my bag (and reapply), I came across this little rose at a pharmacy. Although my tastes lean elsewhere, this floral didn’t feel overwhelming; it has moderate projection and excellent longevity on the skin. It smells of fresh, natural flowers, with jasmine standing out. After five hours, it sits close to the skin, creamy, clean, and slightly sweet with a hint of coconut. I’d consider it for relaxed daily wear. It’s pleasant in enclosed spaces, but personally, I wouldn’t wear it in summer.
I absolutely love it! A sweet, bright white floral scent, nothing heavy. I wear it for everyday use and for layering with Gucci Bloom. On my skin, it lasts about four hours.
I love it! I think it’s the coconut and jasmine, and that creamy note that works superbly on my skin. I’m looking for another one that lasts longer, but I can’t find anything because, honestly, we clicked on the second one.
If you were a teenager in the 90s, you surely had Mango by Mango, the first perfume from the chain and discontinued decades ago. This Benetton Rose is the closest thing I’ve found, or at least the scent my brain remembers from those fabulous sixteen-year-old days and first dates: jasmine, jasmine, and more jasmine. The longevity isn’t even remotely the same as that nuclear bomb of a nineties classic that aspired to be Lou Lou or Obsession, but for around £10-£11, everything is forgiven.
Not my favourite Benetton, but it’s a lovely daily option, especially when the heat starts and you don’t want to spend much. Although its longevity and sillage aren’t great, I’m not bothered to reapply given how affordable it is. It’s a pretty floral that brings nostalgia, perhaps reminding me of the colognes from when I was little. For now, I wouldn’t buy it as I have plenty of summer scents, but I won’t rule it out for the future if I want something more floral.
Thank goodness I didn’t buy it straight away. I read it was the closest thing to the old Mango perfume, which I adored. Watch out, it’s not quite like Mango. Perhaps it smells similar at first, but from a distance it reminds me of an Escada scent: that fresh/tropical note that doesn’t quite hold up later. It’s not for me, and no, it’s not like Mango.
Caught me by surprise if you’re looking for something daily, clean and soapy, as it smells like a pretty bar of rose soap. It’s not my style—I prefer fruity scents—but I’d gift it; someone classic and feminine would adore it. If they gave it to me, I’d love it, though I wouldn’t buy it myself. Approved for pink ladies!
