Domus Numeni by Toskovat' is an oriental woody fragrance for men and women. This creation, launched in 2025, is a new addition to the collection. The nose behind this composition is David-Lev Jipa-Slivinschi. The top notes reveal a metallic and solar atmosphere, enriched with black pepper, elemi resin, alcoholic notes, and cloves. The heart unfolds with a waxy and textile texture, where candle wax, fabric, and resins coexist with frankincense, myrrh, incense, and green resin from Olibanum Sacra. The base anchors the experience with a mysterious powder, incense, birch tar, Vietnamese oud, ambrette musk, stonecrop, Egyptian papyrus, and flowers.

This perfume is exactly as David-Lev Jipa described: Slivinschi. Deep, artistic, with notes of frankincense, fresh, metallic, woody, resinous and herbal. I see it as versatile for very important and formal events; it goes beyond mere scent, speaking of deep pain, the absence of a loved one, a mourning, or something only its creator understands. Upon opening it, I connected with his words and felt tears welling up, remembering my father. Undoubtedly, it is for few, for a minority that values the true meaning of ‘Domus Numeni’. I reiterate that it is for formal and very important occasions if you use it. I am deeply grateful that this reminded me of a part of myself I had forgotten and now cherish greatly, as I finally breathed again without the need for a masquerade at a costume party.
