First time here doing a deep dive into fragrances, so apologies if I lack some technical know-how. I picked up a sample a few days ago, but being down with a cold, I didn’t get to try it until today, though I was keen. The opening is citrusy, fresh, potent, and sparkling (I believe there’s lemon, bergamot, and neroli), with a touch of soft leather. As it develops, the leather takes centre stage while the citrus becomes dirtier and more seductive thanks to the base musk. In the final phase, it remains fresh leather with those cologne-like nuances and a seductive aura courtesy of the musk (I think it’s Iso E Super, the same as in Escentric Molecules’ Molecule 01). It’s not particularly novel olfactively, but it makes you feel fresh, discreet, and seductive all at once. The scent is fairly linear, yet for a cologne it lasts quite well (6-8 hours on my skin) and maintains that initial citrus freshness, lending it an appealing leather character and a synthetic mysterious aura. I think it performs well in many situations, although you won’t project far; those who come close will notice. Considering its high price, I’d give it 6.5/10.
