It is a very good perfume where dry woods and a dry, non-burnt incense dominate. There is a clean violet note, neither greasy nor ozonic, and then, as it dries down, a sweet or balsamic nuance emerges that I cannot identify, perhaps benzoin or vanilla, but it improves the whole. It is not my usual style, but I recognise its quality. Contrary to what is said about the house, the longevity is long; I felt it worked well with a small amount and it lasted around 12 hours. Another point in its favour is that it is not very expensive, despite being in the chachipiruli segment.
Very good perfume; dry woods and a dry, non-burnt incense dominate. There is a hint of violet, neither greasy nor falling into the usual ozonic character. As it dries down, a sweet or balsamic note appears that I cannot pinpoint, perhaps benzoin or vanilla, but it adds a lot. All the previous dryness continues, making the whole very good. It is not my type, but I recognise quality. They say the house’s perfumes don’t last, but I felt this one worked quite well with a small amount, around 12 hours. Another point in its favour is that it is not very expensive despite being in the chachipiruli segment.
At first, labdanum incense dominates above all, with sweet rather than acidic citrus and a background violet waiting its turn. Gradually the incense recedes and the violet shines; in the heart it is its moment, creamy, warm, with a sweet and chocolatey touch. There are nuances of Sideris from the same house. I believe it contains benzoin, as the previous reviewer said, but not vanilla. As it dries, on my skin it smells almost like white chocolate, something that should not be expected from the notes, but that is how I perceive it. The woods are barely noticeable. Longevity is very good, above average, and on my girlfriend’s skin it is spectacular. Projection is powerful at the start. I see it for cold or mild weather, nothing for heat, and it is totally unisex. Exultat has delighted me; it gets stuck in your head and you can’t take it off. Good, original and long-lasting scent with natural notes. It is now my favourite from the brand, even ahead of Sideris. Fortunately, I have a generous decant, but one day I will definitely have the full bottle.
At first, the labdanum dominates strongly, while the citrus notes are sweet and the violet waits its turn. Gradually, the incense recedes and the violet shines in the heart phase: creamy, warm, with a chocolatey touch. It reminds me of Sideris, and I believe it contains benzoin rather than vanilla. On dry skin, it smells like white chocolate, something I didn’t expect from the official notes, and I barely detect the woods. The longevity is excellent, even on my girlfriend, with great projection at the start. I see it for cold or mild weather, ideal and unisex. Exultat has hooked me; it’s original, natural, and stays on the mind. It is now my favourite from the brand, surpassing Sideris. I have a generous decant, but one day I will buy the full bottle.
