I have the 50 ml version; it smells very good. Hollister is releasing some excellent fragrances at low cost. The only thing I’d critique is its low trail, but if you reapply or overapply with about seven or eight sprays, it easily lasts seven or eight hours…
One of Hollister’s worst fragrances; I tried it and felt nauseous… I wouldn’t recommend it.
A blend of sweet and fresh that only stands out when you first spray it. Then it transforms into a quite pronounced sweet tobacco if you bring your nose close. The trail is fairly low. A good blind buy; it’s for informal, everyday use. Perfect for a trip with friends to the beach.
Invictus is indifferent to me, I think it even bothers me a bit. This is a fairly good clone of that fragrance, but certain notes make it more tolerable for some reason. For the price, you can’t ask for more. It’s fine for daily wear, youthful and economically accessible. I don’t think I’d use it myself, besides, the bottle looks terrible. Anyway, it’s not a bad fragrance. I liked it more than Invictus, but personally, I’ll see who I gift it to.
Hollister Festival Vibes, 2018. My brother gifted it to me at Christmas 2021, just as I started exploring perfumes. At first, it didn’t grab me; I thought it smelled good for daily use and wore it mostly to finish the bottle, not because I loved the scent. I’ve read it’s similar to Invictus, but I don’t detect that; to me, it’s very citrusy and synthetic, with no echoes of other fragrances. It has something of Acqua di Gio but fruitier. Ideal for summer, fresh and informal. Longevity and projection are moderate, so I have no complaints there. I wouldn’t recommend it as there are thousands of better options at the same price. Rating: 6.5/10.
Works well for everyday wear, in temperate days—not too hot or freezing. Lasts about three hours; it’s simple and nice.
