Descripción

Hadar by Guillab is an oriental woody fragrance for men and women. This creation, launched in 2025, unfolds a complex and evocative olfactory pyramid. The top notes reveal a green and earthy atmosphere, where cannabis, saffron, davana and thyme establish a fresh and exotic tone. The heart of the composition delves into a rich woody and spicy accord, with raspberry, cinnamon, tobacco, violet, resins and coffee weaving a warm and sensual narrative. Finally, the base notes anchor the fragrance in a deep and animalic foundation, thanks to guaiac wood, tonka bean, ambroxan, oud, vanilla, incense, cedar, amber, musk and Gurjum balsam, closing the experience with an enveloping and mysterious persistence.

From the very first second, this essence captivates you. The opening is super resinous, a dense blend of pure resin and beeswax that smells like pure incense before it’s lit, with all its raw complexity. It shares that resinous facet with Montale Full Incense, but has its own personality, and even has a subtle unburnt cannabis note, green and earthy, that adds mystery. Together, Hadar Guillab smells familiar and rich; it transports me to those craft markets where incenses, woods, and spices mingle to create a unique atmosphere. It’s that ‘mix of scents’ that creates the magic. I was surprised to find it reminiscent, with notable differences, of Loewe Paula’s Ibiza Eclectic; they’re like sisters or cousins sharing that resin and wax DNA. While Paula’s is sweet, cheerful, and light, Hadar has more force, doesn’t seek to please, has an untamable character and a strong presence. It’s a scent with many nuances that keeps you attentive and makes you discover something new every time you smell it. Clearly, the eclectic girl inspired Hadar. I love this profile for its originality and depth, though I wouldn’t wear it daily. It’s a fantastic option for setting a space; its warmth, meditative character, and resinous complexity make it ideal for creating a cosy, personality-filled room. An olfactory jewel that captivates with its aura of mystery and great power of attraction.

From the very first second, this essence captivates you. The opening is profoundly resinous, a complex blend of pure resin and beeswax. What hooks me most is that it smells like frankincense without burning – that concentrated, dense fragrance of resin bars before they are lit. It’s as if you have the resin ready to burn, with all its raw complexity. It shares that fascinating resinous facet with Montale Full Incense, though each has its own personality. Indeed, very subtly, it can recall unburnt cannabis, adding an earthy, green touch that lends mystery. As a whole, Hadar Guillab smells familiar and rich. Suddenly, my mind drifts to craft markets where incense stalls, woods, spices and resins mingle to create a unique atmosphere. That ‘mixture of scents’ is the magic. The surprise is that it reminds me, with clear differences, of Loewe Paula’s Ibiza Eclectic. They are cousins or sisters by that resinous DNA, beeswax and incense. Yet while Paula’s is sweeter, cheerier and lighter, Hadar has more force; it does not seek to please, it possesses an untamed character and a hefty presence. It is a scent with many nuances that keeps you attentive and makes you discover new things with every sniff. Clearly, the eclectic girl was the inspiration. I like this profile for its originality and depth. Although I would not wear it daily, it is fantastic for setting a space. Its warmth, meditative character and resinous complexity make it ideal for creating a welcoming, personality-filled atmosphere in any tranquil room. An olfactory jewel that captivates with its aura of mystery and its profound power of attraction.

  • I’m not usually a fan of intense, warm, woody perfumes, but this one hooks me. It’s a serious, deep fragrance, not for everyday wear or everyone’s taste; wearing it demands personality and good taste. The first thing I notice is the aromatic touch of cannabis with a hint of oriental woods that, over time, becomes slightly greener (though not necessarily fresh). At first, it’s very masculine and complex, but gradually it turns feminine and natural: it smells like a dark Mother Earth, like a winter forest, until a subtle cinnamon note emerges and lingers for hours.
