A cheap promotional price isn’t enough reason to buy a fragrance. It has a promising opening with refined cardamom that lasts only minutes, then turns into a run-of-the-mill aquatic (reminded me of the previous Nautica version, with better performance than the current one). Longevity is very poor, lasting at most two hours at 30 degrees, with interesting projection only during that time; afterwards, you have to look for traces almost on the skin. As every skin is different, it might last longer and smell better on a 25-year-old than on me.
It’s not enough for a perfume to be cheap on promotion to buy it. It has a promising opening that lasts minutes, with a refined cardamom, then it turns into a more generic aquatic (it reminded me of the previous version of the classic Nautica, with slightly better performance than the current one). The longevity is very poor, at most 2 hours at 30 degrees, although the projection is interesting during that time; afterwards, you have to look for the traces almost on the skin. As every skin is a world, it might last longer and smell better on a 25-year-old than on me.
Smells super fresh with citrus notes, perfect for fun, drink-in-hand days, or beach adventures. It’s not groundbreaking, yet it’s not generic either; it shares those aquatic vibes of Aqua di Giò without feeling too much like it. I find it well-executed, balanced, and ideal for any upbeat occasion.
A super fresh citrus scent. Ideal for fun, drink days, afternoons of laughter with friends, or beach adventures. It’s not super original but neither is it generic. It shares those aquatic notes of Aqua di Gio without resembling it much. I think it’s well done, balanced, and adaptable to many good-vibe situations.
I liked the scent, the freshness, and that surprising ice note; it reminds me quite a bit of Bvlgari Aqva. The flaw, like almost all Hugo Boss ones, is the performance.
I have several Hugo Boss perfumes and this stands out for its freshness and icy, minty touch. It’s not heavy and lasts relatively well for what it seeks (freshness). We can’t ask for the longevity of a YSL Y, which is for night and winter. This Hugo is one of the most accepted, even by allergic noses, I’ve checked. It suits day or night, it’s refined, doesn’t tire, and wears well for 4 hours without changing drastically. I love that last point; I don’t like perfumes that change with their evaporation. A soft all-rounder with 8/10.
I own several Hugo Boss fragrances, and this one stands out for its freshness, icy, and minty touch. It’s not heavy and lasts quite well for what it aims to achieve. Don’t expect the staying power of an YSL Y, but this Hugo is one of the most wearable, even for those with sensitive noses. Suitable for day or night, it’s refined, unobtrusive, and holds up nicely for four hours without changing drastically. I love that it doesn’t turn sour as it dries down. A smooth all-rounder, rated 8/10.
In short: it’s bottled freshness. Spraying this after a shower drops the temperature around you by five degrees. A scent that fits sports activities perfectly.
In summary: it is bottled freshness. Spraying this after a shower drops your temperature by 5 degrees around you. Perfect aroma for sport.
What an exquisite perfume, it smells like a well-chilled lemonade. I love it, it’s fresh, summery, and rich. I recommend it totally. It lasts 6 to 7 hours projecting about 3. The only drawback is that you can’t find it anymore, not even on Fragrancenet. I bought the 75ml bottle for less than 600 Mexican pesos (around 35 USD). What a pity, because I would definitely buy it again, now the 125ml. I use it little because I haven’t seen it anywhere, but if you see it, buy it, you’ll like it.
Hugo Now is light and versatile, ideal for casual or sport use. Its freshness makes it perfect for spring and summer, although the longevity feels a bit ephemeral. For those seeking something aquatic and clean, it’s modern and easy to wear. I bought the large version (200ml EDT) and it’s ideal for the day: super fresh, pleasant, and distinctive, faithful to its accords. I don’t use it daily because I reserve it for moments when I want that light, revitalising freshness. My final rating: 6.8/10.

My first Hugo Boss (I’m nearly 39), and although the scent sounded familiar, this flanker caught me. It feels super modern, with no age or season limits (except extreme cold). The opening is fresh, marine, and mentholated; it achieves that icy sensation that refreshes instantly. Half an hour in, lavender and aquatic notes take over, maintaining that frozen summer vibe until the dry down, where vetiver adds a soft, masculine base. Projection and longevity are good for its type: about 3 hours moderate and 7 hours longevity. I found it in a local perfumerie in Argentina with a brutal discount: I bought two 75ml bottles for the price of one on Mercado Libre. A treasure to be cherished, I recommend it.
This was my first Hugo Boss (I’m nearly 39), and although I knew the scent, this flanker caught my attention for feeling current and timeless. I like its fresh, marine, and mentholated opening that masterfully emulates that striking icy sensation, followed half an hour later by a heart dominated by lavender and aquatic notes that maintain that frozen summer feeling until the dry down, where vetiver adds a soft, masculine base. Projection and longevity are good for its type: nearly three hours of projection and seven of longevity. In my country, I found it at a local perfumerie with a discount, buying two 75 ml bottles at the price of one on marketplaces. So, cherish this treasure and give it the use it deserves. Best regards!
I love it so much I had to buy it again online when it was no longer in stores. It has ‘ice’ in the notes, and although I don’t know exactly what it smells like, I’m not surprised: it conveys real freshness, as if your temperature drops when you put it on. It’s fresh and aquatic, but with its own personality. It suits all year round and any occasion, but it shines on hot days, informal plans, or the beach. It seems unfairly unknown, which makes it special. Once, at the beach, I applied it after showering and leaving the changing room; the moment I opened the door, several girls asked: “Who smells like that?”. It’s not the first time I’ve received compliments. It smells like an Aqua di Gio or a Nautica Voyage: fresh, pleasant, and easy to like. If you’re under 30 and live in a warm climate, it’s a blind buy.
Hugo Now does its job well: fresh, aquatic, with that icy twist that saves it. The citrus gives it the necessary kick. I see it more for younger people and hot days. On my skin, it lasted about 6 hours. It’s not revolutionary; it follows Hugo Boss’s classic citrus and spice line, but it works.
