Very good fragrance, perfect for spring/summer and informal occasions. It’s fresh, herbal, slightly fruity and woody. What I notice most is the green apple, cinnamon, lavender and woods; the rest are nuances to aromatised. It projects well for the first hour and then can be felt until 5 hours, very close to the skin. After three or four hours you can reapply to revive it.
It seems like a lavender and rosemary shower gel. It’s not annoying, but you won’t receive compliments. I tried it because reviews say it’s the executive or rich choice for the office, but no one will notice you’re wearing it unless they get very close. You can use it freely; you’ll always smell the same. Trail and projection are minimal. Some say it’s the best Boss flanker; tastes vary, but for me, no.
It’s fresh, fruity and very clean. I use it in the office because it doesn’t overpower. At first it projects well for almost an hour, then it drops and becomes more intimate. It lasts about 7 hours on clothes. I like it.
I picked it up on an island in central Mexico. I was wearing Carolina Herrera’s 212, and despite the trail, I noticed the cleanliness of the Hugo Boss; I got confused searching for the black one advertised by Thor (that one is also advertised), but I didn’t think further and bought it for myself. It’s apple with woods, elegant and lovely. I applied it to my hand and it looked a bit oily, I suppose it’s the skin. I see it for any occasion. I already have 24 perfumes and feel complete, unless they sell Gaultier 2 in Mexico. I liked it very much; it suits my personality. It projects masculinity and confidence. Longevity: in the trail at a metre’s distance it lasts two hours, then it’s for you; on clothes it easily lasts 10 or 12 hours.
I liked it when I tried it, but it didn’t blow my mind; I simply thought it was good. I bought it at a good price, a 2019 German batch. With use, I’ve loved it more and more. Good longevity, moderate projection for the first two hours, but I can still detect it all day, around 6 or 7 hours, sometimes more. I’m not sure about the newer ones; I have an unopened 2023 Spanish bottle to try later. I like Infinite; I don’t know if it drives others mad, it’s more of a versatile low-profile scent. As others say, ideal for the office, not a party animal or attention-grabbing, sober without extremes, masculine, not for teenagers but suitable for almost any age, goes with a shirt or t-shirt. I don’t recall if I wore it in cold or extreme heat, but without those extremes it works in all seasons. I feel it resembles the original less than other flankers I own; there’s the apple and cinnamon at the start, but much less perceptible. If I had to guess a number, I’d say it’s 30 or 40% of the original; this one feels more modern. Perhaps due to the blue liquid, I sense a slight blue fragrance pathway, a minimum, but it’s not a common note that adds points. If you like how it smells, it’s a good option. It could be a signature scent that accompanies you, it’s rich and won’t displease anyone.
Lasts two breaths.
It’s not original, nothing adventurous. It smells nice, but given the scent and the longevity (two hours and nothing), it should cost $20. You could bathe in the perfume and after an hour you’d have to sniff hard at your skin to detect it.
The longevity is awful, barely two hours and without any charm.
To put it bluntly: it’s not worth it, and now I use it as an air freshener in my office bathroom. It smells synthetic, lacks character, and doesn’t convey the quality of other fragrances in the line. Plus, its performance is terrible, both in longevity and projection, as others have said. No need to say more; it’s not worth buying. Best wishes.
Agree with the others: the scent isn’t bad, but the longevity is a disaster, what a pity.
Huge similarity to Givenchy’s ‘Insensé Ultramarine’ from 1994. It’s a good fragrance. It’s not impactful, but it’s clean and fresh. As a famous reviewer once said, if you can get it for 40 euros or less (for 100ml), it’s worth it. It’s simple, nothing intrusive or attention-grabbing, an easy scent to wear and enjoy, nothing challenging. It’s not a bad fragrance; on the contrary, it’s very good. Good for enclosed environments. Decent performance, matching a fresh scent: 6-7 hours on skin, oversprayed it reaches 9-10 hours. I bought a 200ml bottle for 75 euros and overspray without regrets. It doesn’t bother anyone. I see it as versatile, sober, for smelling good without offending, overpowering, or drawing attention. I would buy it again. Good aroma, I give it 7/10. Additionally, I’m surprised by those who say it doesn’t last at all. In the middle of winter, I overspray and it lasts until the next morning on skin. On clothes, it remains for days, with decent projection and trail. I haven’t had the bad experience of it lasting nothing.
Hmm… In my opinion, it’s not to my liking. It doesn’t smell bad, but the scent on my skin smells like a bag of condoms; I imagine that smell comes from the rosemary among other notes. I recommend not buying blindly.
Nice scent, suitable for warm climates. It’s not a bad perfume nor a masterpiece. Recommended for daily use with reapplication.
Agreeing with sicarx-x, and rightly so, this is what I love: it smells like a bag of condoms, very synthetic yet fresh at the same time. The interesting thing about this world is that some people dislike it while others enjoy it.
A classic for work, exquisite for going out, questionable drying down, and too green for my taste. Performance is average, projecting decently for an hour and a half before staying close to the skin for another five hours. It’s perfect for work; you won’t bother anyone. Scent: 7/10, Performance: 7/10, Price: 7/10.
I only use it for the gym; it’s fresh and not bothersome. The performance is fair for a routine lasting one or two hours.
There’s nothing to comment on. It’s a bar deodorant with a marine aroma, very common on the market. Be careful, it stains clothes with a greyish tone.
I’ve been wearing it for a year. It’s not a pick-up scent, but it’s not bad either. The only flaw is the longevity, with a maximum projection of two hours. Although it’s a generic, rich, and fresh aroma; if you use it, you’ll need to carry a decant to reapply throughout the day.
Thinking of masculine scents, apple, cinnamon, and lavender don’t immediately come to mind. However, when layered over the Hugo Boss base, things change. It’s a rare, rich fragrance, ideal for those who enjoy simple, sweet scents without losing masculinity. It’s excellent for everyday wear and smells like a clean office worker. The issue is that you get used to it quickly. Upon first try, it seemed one of the best, but after a few days, I lost the charm. I only regain my appreciation when I leave it unused for several days. The nose gets accustomed to it and loses its sparkle, just like the general public. It’s easy for people to notice nothing interesting about it. You’ll never stand out with this if you wear it daily. However, it’s a great daily option if you simply want to smell clean without drawing attention. If you’re looking to stand out with a daily fragrance, there are better and even cheaper options.
Nothing stands out; it’s clean and simple. The longevity is minimal, lasting less than two hours on my skin. For the price, there are better options available.
A rich fragrance, smells clean, suitable for the office and daily wear. Not for standing out.
A real gem, I love it. It’s not great for longevity, but if you reapply, the issue is resolved.
A fresh, effervescent outing, slightly sweet and very pleasant for hot climates, perhaps below 35°C.
A pleasant and easy-to-approve aroma, however, its performance is poor even considering it isn’t an excessively expensive perfume.
Among the Boss perfumes I’ve tried, this one is very balanced and versatile. It projects more than the Cantimplora and I think it’s also suitable for dates; I’ve received compliments from women several times, although be aware you need to apply it a few times. Very useful for work and daily life. The price-to-quality ratio is good regardless.
A huge disappointment. I bought it because reviews claimed it was perfect for the office, but I wouldn’t wear it on any occasion. The easiest way to describe the scent is ‘fabulous purple’ (floor cleaner) – that’s just it. It doesn’t smell bad, but since it reminds me of a cleaning product, it’s clearly not what I want to be smelling. Not recommended at all; with so many perfumes offering lovely scents, this one isn’t worth it.
Hugo Boss Bottled Infinite EDP 100ml. I have a special fondness for it; it was the first branded perfume I tried personally and I fell in love from day one. SUMMARY: A discreet, fresh yet deep and masculine fragrance with average longevity and low projection. Very versatile, though not suitable for extreme heat. Ideal for the office or daily wear. It has a masculine but fresh scent that isn’t tiring; I could wear it day and night without getting bored. Yes, it smells like an older man (as do 80% of Hugo Boss scents), though even when I’m young, people tell me I smell good; some may not like it. In my case, it doesn’t project for long, but it lasts ‘literally’ days on the skin. If you’re looking for something striking, this isn’t for you; it’s discreet, doesn’t attract attention, perfect for the office or classes. It also doesn’t leave a large trail. The price seems right, neither too expensive nor too cheap (I bought the 100ml for £45 on offer, normally it’s £60). 8/10 I’m a fan.
It’s my second bottle; a very wearable and easy-to-please scent. Personally, it makes me feel fresh and clean. While its performance isn’t the best, I would still recommend it given its affordable price.
It’s a quintessential blue fragrance from the 2000s or earlier. While not dated, it might smell a bit mature or ‘dad-like’ to current generations as it lacks that sweet fruity, marine, or salty touch. It lacks punch and personality; it’s a decent gift option and pleasant, but not rich enough to tempt me into buying it. That said, it is literally suitable for any season—it’s the most versatile scent I’ve ever encountered.
I bought it because I smelled it at an airport. So weeks later I ordered it online. I must admit that now that I use it regularly, it doesn’t seem as spectacular as that day. It is a generic fragrance and therefore easily pleasing. It smells extremely masculine when fresh, but when dry it leaves a somewhat plastic scent. Overall, it has little projection or longevity. The rich part of the fragrance lasts very little. It reminds me of a perfume from the 2000s that my thirty-something cousins used. With so many Arabic proposals nowadays, you don’t need this fragrance. Pass it by, you won’t miss out. This fragrance has been on the market for over 6 years. PD: The positive is that it is versatile, for all four seasons.
The ‘blue proposal’ from Boss’s Bottled line. It’s not as clean or fresh as others; that lavender smells a bit ‘dirty’, perhaps due to the rosemary in the heart or the olive in the base. It’s a good scent, with very little of the classic 90s Bottled showing through, but the vibe is there. Technically, it’s a proper flanker. Performance is just okay, lasting 5-6 hours if you’re generous. Projection is intimate; you smell it yourself, others only notice when they get close. It works well for everyday wear, the office, and casual, informal situations, nothing special or formal. I reviewed it over a year ago and thought about buying it again, but considering the scent (which, despite being blue, is versatile and unique), its performance, and the price, even though I like it, I see it as dispensable in my collection. I’d prefer another alternative, like Dylan Blue, which has incredible performance and is cheaper. Its greatest virtue is that it’s ‘pleasant’ to others, not intrusive, discreet and measured.
Shame on it! This should be sold as a fragrance. I had to be generous in saying the longevity is poor because there’s no option for zero; the projection doesn’t exist either. Freshly applied, it only smells of skin. It never projects or does anything. It’s a total rip-off to bet on this brand and receive an aberration of water with a hint of cologne guessing… on top of that, I bought the 200ml bottle on promotion. Absolute rubbish. I hope to return it and keep it on display in case it oxidises and activates some very hidden molecule.
Considering the price I paid (around $70) for the large 200ml bottle, it is a fragrance of incredible quality with a lovely clean laundry scent. The first use already brought me two or three compliments that it smells rich, applying generously, of course. It’s a daily office fragrance, rich but not much more; if you are looking for impact, this isn’t it.
It didn’t convince me at all. I bought it on special at the chemist for around $25 and gave it another chance for everyday wear. I just don’t like it; I can’t detect the trail, and within 15 minutes it’s gone. However, a man told me he loved it four hours ago, and several women have said it smells delicious. Conclusion: I can’t recommend it because it simply doesn’t suit me, yet the scent seems to be there even though I can’t feel it, and it is quite versatile.
I bought it recently and am currently testing it. Within a few days, I noticed it lacks good projection or trail, lasting a maximum of 5 or 6 hours on the skin.
I see several people bought the same deal I did in Argentina: 95 pesos ($60) for the 200ml bottle. It’s incredibly cheap, but what a disappointment. The scent is fine, but it lasts less than deodorant. A shame; after 15 minutes, I can’t smell it even after 20 sprays. Anyway, a rip-off.
Smells great, but the performance is a joke. After 45 minutes, there’s not a trace left. Perhaps it’s olfactory fatigue, but coincidentally, I only received compliments in the first 10 minutes after putting it on.
Hugo Boss Bottled Infinite: I’ve worn it since 2020 and know its facets well. It’s one of my favourites. The scent is more basic than complex, but its three phases are distinct, remaining pleasant and easy to wear. Totally recommended. Longevity: around 5 hours with a moderate trail, a persistent personal bubble but not invasive. Just meets what’s needed. Scent: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Performance: ⭐⭐⭐ Versatility: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Price: ⭐⭐⭐ Overall: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
A rich and versatile fragrance. Although I’m not an expert and struggle to describe it, it’s very pleasant and works anywhere: office, dinner, meeting, or just for oneself. It goes with everything; it’s not a bomb but behaves well. I like it for being different from the rest, standing out more in personality than in longevity or projection. Recommended.
Fresh with notes of lavender and patchouli, ideal for any season except brutal cold. Projects strongly for the first hour and lasts around 6-7 hours. Perfect for indoors without annoying anyone. Try it on your skin before buying to see if it lasts long enough. If you can get it for under $50, it’s a winner for everyday wear.
