  Only tried it on the tester; smells very summery and traditional, in the Lacoste style. Nothing new here, just lavender with citrus and a touch of wood. I would use it, but it doesn’t stand out too much.

  Lacoste doesn’t catch my attention and I was never interested. Passing by the perfumerie, I saw the French Panache bottle and it caught my eye greatly for its elegance and minimalism. I went in to try it and it didn’t seem special, just another scent, but I was left with the desire to buy it solely because the bottle looks so cool. Shortly after, I bought it on promotion just for the packaging. Now I have no regrets; I love it. I spray 8 times and it lasts all day; the trail is short but the longevity is enormous. It’s a very French scent with lavender and aromatic patchouli, citrus, and an acidic and sweet note. It’s a marvel that lasts all day and makes me feel good. It reminds me a lot of Bleu de Chanel; they smell similar but each has its own charm, and I have to say I like this one more because it lasts longer and costs less. This is a keeper; the more I use it, the more I like it.

  A pity because it smells very good. As @LuisPaz says, it’s a clone of Bleu de Chanel, slightly sweeter/fruiter at the start. The dry-down becomes less fresh and more spiced, a bit “strange” hehe. I insist, the scent is very good and I liked it more than the Chanel one, but the problem is the performance. It lacks body and intensity. For me, it lasts about 2 hours; the initial phase, which I like most, dilutes in brief minutes, lasting only 2-3 hours if you’re generous. A shame; if it held the beginning with more presence and longevity, it would be a great proposal. The price is decent, around 45-50€ for 175ml, and it’s very well packaged. Perhaps the cap closure could be improved; it’s hard to close it properly until the “click”. In short, good initial scent, very poor performance, and a pretty bottle.

  Lacoste didn’t appeal to me at all until I saw the French Panache bottle: elegant, minimalist, and simply gorgeous. I went in to try it and it wasn’t special, but I loved the bottle. I bought it on sale just for that and I have no regrets: I love it. Eight sprays last all day with little sillage but great longevity. It smells very French, with lavender and patchouli, citrus, and a sweet-acidic twist. It’s a wonder that makes me feel good. It reminds me of Bleu de Chanel; they smell similar, but I prefer this one because it lasts longer and costs less. It’s here to stay: the more I use it, the more I like it.

  Summary: rich, fresh, and spiced, a mix of Lacoste Yellow, Pour Homme, and Legend by Montblanc… a combination that never fails and everyone likes. But if you were looking for something hyper-different or a gem, it might not achieve that. I do say it’s very rich, especially that lemon zest which is very accurate to the real thing.

  It’s true, it resembles Bleu de Chanel with similar performance (moderate to low). What’s curious is that this Lacoste feels stronger than the Bleu, although the woody/citrus aspect is more noticeable in the Bleu. It’s funny that clones surpass the original, which doesn’t even bother to improve it. I’ve never liked Lacoste fragrances, but I like this one despite preferring vintage fougères and oriental aromatics. A good proposal without spending too much, an excellent blind buy, and a nice signature.

  Smells very nice, with sweet and fresh notes that don’t bother. Most people who smell it like it. Spray it two or three times for yourself, and five or more if you want others to notice. It doesn’t remind me of any other perfume; it’s youthful and pleasant.

  I find it super generic; it adds nothing new and has nothing to highlight. It lasts a misery; after 10 minutes it’s already stuck to the skin. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The performance isn’t the best, but it’s enough for a short outing, about five or six hours, with moderate sillage. The scent is worth it; I haven’t found anything else like it.

  My grandmother gifted it to me for Christmas in ’22, and two years later I’m still delighted. It’s affordable and does the job; it didn’t grab me at first, but in summer it’s my fix. The citrus note isn’t intrusive, though it performs better in mild heat than in full sun. I wear it to work and outings; here it’s under 30 degrees and it works well. The trail is heavy but fades quickly; it lasts hours on clothes, although I have to re-apply every 4 or 5 hours to keep it going. Smells like classic citrus, nothing revolutionary, but for the price it’s a top choice for summer. Rating 8/10.

  I got it as a Christmas present from my grandmother in 2022, and two years later it was a great success. It’s economical, reliable, and looks good. It took me a while to get used to it, but with summer I can’t stop using it. The citrus isn’t invasive; although most say it performs better in temperate climates than sunny ones, I use it at work and for outings with family and friends here, where it doesn’t get hotter than 30 degrees, and it works well. Its sillage is heavy but the longevity is short. It lasts a very long time on clothes, but I need to reapply every four or five hours to maintain moderate sillage. The scent isn’t from another world; it reminds me of many citrus perfumes, but for the price it’s an excellent summer option. I recommend it, especially on promotion. Rating 8/10.
