I never thought I’d try a Hugo Boss; I always saw them as generic. But in Liverpool, out of curiosity, I smelled a blue one and fell in love instantly. I didn’t buy it then, but months later I returned and discovered it was the limited edition Pacific, not the Tonic I’d tried. I searched everywhere until I found it in a Facebook group. It is the definition of sea, beer, and family: fresh coconut, citrus, and salt, nothing like a tanning oil. It lasts 7 hours with a good trail. Ideal for the beach or seafood meals, perfect for a wedding on the sand. 10/10, an unexpected masterpiece that gave me a slap of humility. If you find it, buy it without hesitation.

  2. Smells of salty coconut, not sweet like Le Beau, more tropical and carefree. After about two hours, the cypress appears, a green and bitter touch that makes it unique compared to others with sweet coconut. It’s a good perfume I’d buy again.

  3. I’m married to this perfume 😮💨 Without a doubt, my favourite fresh one in general. It smells different from the rest; perhaps not innovative, but I don’t know another like it (it doesn’t resemble Le Beau). Opening with marked coconut, slightly sweet, and creamy sandalwood that drops off in 10-20 minutes. At 30 minutes, it’s natural coconut, aquatic, and salty, like refreshing coconut water. Performance is surprising: 7 hours with 10 sprays. Moderate projection for 3 hours, then a personal bubble for another 3, and almost skin-scent. Versatile, easy to like, and excellent in the heat. Good for all audiences. It’s a 10, one of the ones I enjoy most. Pity it’s scarce 😢

Much better than Le Beau if you have both. I recommend trying it before buying; it’s key for summer. In my country it’s expensive and scarce but delicious. I think it’s the only Hugo Boss without issues of longevity or projection: it lasts 5-6 hours and then fades to skin. This time they did it right for an EDT.

Simply spectacular, I love it. Although it’s an EDT, it projects well and lasts 5-6 hours. It’s coconut, very special, few fragrances use it, and even fewer replicate it so well. It has the salty note well perceived, giving it a special touch, plus a masculine musk and lots of sandalwood.

Now everything with coconut will they say is Le Beau EDT? Pfff 💆🤦🤦🤦

  7. Good perfume for warm, non-extreme climates. It delivers the notes: coconut, salt, lemon, and sandalwood. Light but tasty for going to the beach; I don’t see another use for it. Lasts decently for a Bottled, about 6 hours with a good trail. If you like Le Beau-style coconut and want something more ‘fresh’, perhaps this is a better option. 8.8/10.

Very good aroma, subtle and salty coconut. Nothing, nothing sweet. It doesn’t resemble Le Beau, not even in the bottle; this is much better on the street, less youthful and more serious. It lasts quite a bit for what Bottleds usually last. In short, a very good option for summer.

Coconut with salt. Oh, my husband used it with the heat and ufffffffff what a treat. We were surprised it lasted and projected for more than 8 hours, considering the heat and that Hugo Bosses usually fail. It might resemble Le Beau slightly, but this is more woody, and Pacific is for extreme heat, spring-summer, and daytime, more informal vs. the JPG that I also love. Please, Hugo Boss, more perfumes like this, as delicious as this or the Unlimited, but with the longevity this launch has had!!

Coco with a sea salt twist. Oh, my husband wore it in the heat and ufffffffff, what a delight. We were surprised by its longevity and trail lasting over eight hours, considering the heat and how Hugo Boss scents often fall short. It bears a slight resemblance to Le Beau, though the latter is more woody; Bottled Pacific is ideal for extreme heat, spring and summer, and daytime, more informal versus the JPG, which I also adore. Please, Hugo Boss, more fragrances like this, as delicious as this or Unlimited, but with the staying power of this release.

The lemon opening is fine, but the coconut smells artificial and excessively sweet; it’s basically a sweet perfume bordering on ridiculous. By today’s standards, it could be ‘slightly sweet’, but the tyranny of sweetness in modern perfumery is demonic. It lasts a maximum of five hours even with over-application, and the projection is timid. I don’t recommend it: you could buy a lollipop for less, so just beware of the ants.

I wore this every day this Holy Week after buying the 200ml bottle to test it thoroughly before reviewing. It smells wonderful and incomparable, literally like a beach day without that synthetic coconut scent from sunscreens. I get a very natural, very pulpy coconut note with lemon and salt, reminiscent of a coconut snack from the streets of Mexico. A delight for warm climates, nothing as overpowering as Le Beau. When it mixes with sweat, it creates a particular and intoxicating scent. I definitely recommend it blindly. The longevity is average for a designer fragrance. A solid 8.

Performance is the middle ground of the family, but compared to its sisters, it’s an absolute beast. Lasting 5-6 hours with strong initial projection, the scent is on another level, far superior to the overrated Le Beau. It’s a salty coconut that doesn’t feel heavy in the heat, with a citrusy vibe like a coconut, lemon and salt cocktail. As evening falls, the coconut and salt settle into a strange yet exciting sweet-and-salty blend. I’d buy it again and again for the smell; without a doubt, the best of the Bottled range.

I wore it every day during Holy Week because I bought a 200ml bottle and wanted to try it thoroughly before forming an opinion. It’s a superb, incomparable scent; literally smells like a beach day without that annoying synthetic coconut smell from sunscreens. Here, the coconut is very natural, very pulpy; with the lemon and salt, it recalls a street coconut stand like those sold in Mexico. A delight for warm climates, nothing as clingy as Le Beau. When it mixes with sweat, it gives a very particular and intoxicating scent. I definitely recommend it blindly. Average longevity for a designer fragrance. A solid 8.

The performance is the most average of the Bottled range; compared to its sisters, it’s an absolute beast, haha. It lasts 5-6 hours when stretched out, with good projection for the first two or three hours. HOWEVER, the scent is on another level, far superior to the overrated Le Beau. It’s a salty coconut that doesn’t feel heavy in the heat; in such weather, it reads as citrusy, like a coconut cocktail with lemon and salt. As evening falls, the coconut and salt settle into a strange but exciting sweet-and-salty combination. I’d buy it again, and ten times more, for the scent alone; without a doubt, it’s the best of the Bottled.

Simply spectacular; I absolutely love this fragrance. Although it’s an EDT, it projects well and lasts a solid 6-7 hours (the final hours at a shorter distance). Furthermore, as a coconut scent, it’s very special, since not many fragrances use that note, and even fewer replicate it so well. It has that noticeable salty note which gives it a special touch, combined with the cashmere that adds a very masculine musk. Scent: Coconut + Lemon + Salty + Woods and Musk. Usage: Casual-Daily. Season: Summer-Spring (I see no problem with autumn because I don’t).

  17. If you don’t want to pay the hype of Le Beau and its inflated price, go for this boss; it smells exquisite: summer at its absolute peak, a scent that transports you to a beach accompanied by a piña colada in the shade (the fragrance doesn’t actually have pineapple). Projection and longevity are moderate. However, if you wear it in the afternoon as the temperature begins to drop, it makes itself felt with greater force.

  18. I was torn between Hugo Boss Pacific and JPG Le Beau as I’d heard they were very similar, but I ended up buying JPG blindly due to the glowing reviews, only to be let down by its overpowering coconut scent. A few days later I spotted it in a store, tested it, and was blown away by how delicious it smelled, so I bought it shortly after. The opening is very similar to Le Beau, but this one has a softer coconut note with a fresher, less intrusive marine vibe that won’t bother those who dislike coconut. After 14 hours on clothes it still holds up, and on skin it lasts around 7-8 hours. Compared to JPG, I’d recommend Pacific for any weather; its fresh marine scent even works well in the heat.

Boss Bottled Pacific is a tropical, aromatic, and woody fragrance. The opening is fresh and light, with an immediate coconut scent reminiscent of a tanning lotion. It’s very pleasant and somewhat relaxing. As time passes, it reveals a musky aroma with light woods, yet it remains fresh throughout. It’s perfect for hot summer and spring days, beach outings, resorts, or casual wear. In terms of performance, longevity is average at around 5 hours, and the trail stays very close to the skin. In short, it’s a pleasant, light fragrance with a relaxing scent that shifts the direction of the Boss Bottled flankers, though I wouldn’t recommend buying it blindly.

This new fragrance fascinates me; it’s citrusy with a delicious touch of coconut. While it’s true it lacks much projection, its longevity on skin is over 6 hours. If you’re definitely looking for a fresh perfume with a coconut note, this is the one. A very good flanker of Boss Bottled.

  21. I currently have it in my hands as a tester… The opening is extremely fresh and beachy, smelling like a coconut tanning lotion. After a few minutes, the patchouli notes settle (which last the entire life of the fragrance) along with the woods. It’s fresh, cheerful, and summery; I’m not saying it can’t be worn in winter (my country is just starting winter, for example), but it exudes an informal, youthful, and beachy vibe. Ideal for the office, gym, or informal parties. It’s a scent for personal enjoyment with low sillage; it’s not cheap for its performance, and you need to apply generously for others to catch it. However, given the novelty of coconut notes in perfumes, it’s very original and definitely outside the Bottled line… I would have given it a different name.

This new fragrance absolutely captivated me; it’s citrusy with a wonderfully rich coconut note. While its projection isn’t strong, the longevity on skin is around six hours and more. If you’re seeking a fresh scent with a coconut note, this is the one to choose; a very fine flanker from Boss.
