The opening with pepper and bergamot is a bit sharp, but within two minutes it transforms completely. Saffron and woods, especially cedar, take centre stage with a touch of jasmine and vanilla that softens the blend, giving it a creamy, sweet air. Towards the end, vanilla becomes more noticeable without dominating, leaving behind a woody, warm and pleasant scent. It lasts incredibly long; on my skin it goes all day. It’s unisex, though I think it suits a man better. Ideal for cold or mild climates, whether for the office, a night out or a family dinner. I’ve loved it; it’s addictive and doesn’t smell like anything I’ve tried before. The good: it lasts, smells great and is versatile. The bad: the price.
