Kong by Lost Tribe is a Vanilla Oriental fragrance for women and men, introduced in 2026. The new unisex creation pairs tropical notes with a balsamic, woody warmth.
Banana, pumpkin, bitter almond and incense lead the opening, followed by a floral heart and a lingering base of vanilla, resins and musk.
The top notes combine banana and pumpkin with bitter almond and incense. It feels fruity and faintly green, lifted by a whisper of smoke that tempers the sweetness.
At the heart, frangipani and magnolia are joined by floral notes, barley malt and amber. The result is creamy and tropical, with a soft cereal facet underneath.
The drydown features oud wood, spiced notes, beeswax, labdanum, benzoin, massoia wood, vanilla and musk. Vanilla rests on wax and balsams for a smooth, cosy depth.
Taken together, Kong moves through amber, floral, sweet, warm spicy, fruity, musky, vanilla, tropical, balsamic and woody accords. A full-bodied composition with an offbeat fruity opening.
It should suit devotees of rich vanilla orientals, admirers of tropical flowers such as frangipani, and those after a sweetly spiced unisex perfume with a resinous wood base.
