  • MUGUET GARDEN: I was eager to try another fragrance from Kate Moss, given how beautiful and special I found her first one and the positive reviews on Fragrantica in English. I also wanted to feel connected to Kate’s eclectic taste, having personally supervised and approved her scents before market release. It’s a joyful explosion of white flowers, green notes, apple, and a very subtle, fresh, and romantic sweetness. At first, the valley lily dominates: an unmistakable, revitalising, cheerful, slightly metallic, and sparkling scent that recreates a sunny garden of fresh roses with freshly cut green grass… here it blends with a juicy tart apple, the green scent of the vine, and that almost citrusy, astringent acidity of unripe gooseberries. Gradually, that excess freshness and green tones evaporate, though the valley lily remains perceptible until the end, sweetening to reveal the delicate warmth and sweetness of the sweet pea and slightly golden notes, like jasmine nectar or those sweet red apples that taste of honey. It never smells literally of caramel. In short, I’ve loved Truly Adorable; I would describe it as soapy, clean, elegant, refined, romantic, and comforting. Perhaps its only drawback is that it reminds me of other modern florals like the Halloween multi-combination saga… the truth is, it’s a very exploited genre with so much choice it can be tedious to discover. Despite this, I fell instantly for this perfume; I consider it a unique, infallible, vital, and seductive scent with an original and addictive component that hooks you, making me need to smell it every day and perfume all my clothes with it. Regarding its similarity to J’Adore, which Fragrantica links them to, I’d say they share the same style, but this lacks that warm jasmine accompanied by warm fruits like pear and melon, although both do resemble each other in the dry-down. USAGE: I find it perfectly wearable for all months of the year and climates due to the multiple interpretations of its floral notes and balanced acidity and soapy qualities. I would wear it day or night, in work, social, cultural, gastronomic, or family settings… formal or informal, on cold or hot days; I see it as a personal signature suitable for everything. It’s neither childish nor overly mature, yet it exudes youth and beauty; it’s easy to wear and make your own.

A green, creamy floral scent with a very vintage vibe; nothing fresh, rather heavy, intense, and rich. It lasts for ages, and in ultra-humid weather, it endures quite remarkably. The pea, almond, and valley lily notes are very prominent, giving a sensation of a meadow or countryside. There’s little evolution or development; the creaminess simply fades to leave a slightly dry trail. Not sweet at all, the apple note is imperceptible. To me, it feels autumnal and suited for those over 35. It’s similar to Si Lolita but without the pepper or amber, sharing that intense pea note, while the almond reminds me of Catch Me by Cacharel. It leans more towards Anais Anais. I’ve seen it compared to Halloween Sexy Kiss, and I own that one, so I can confirm they bear no resemblance. My mother has Dior J’adore, and while this does resemble it, J’adore is far sweeter; this lacks any sweetness. Take the vanilla notes out of J’adore, and you have this perfume.

  • I absolutely love it; it smells incredibly clean and has a wonderfully naive quality. The bottle is delicate, and the scent projects quite well, although it doesn’t last long on my skin as I generally struggle to keep perfumes going. It’s an eclectic little fragrance, perfect for daytime outings, walks, or dates. It truly smells of flowers.
