Adds nothing to the Dahlia collection, which has been reformulated for the worse. Upon spraying, citrus notes and a sweet orange quickly turn bitter like a kitchen cleaner, with sandalwood to boot. It’s a dry scent, with that bitterness of sun-split lemons that smell stale and burnt by the next day. Givenchy’s website claims it has a light intensity; I’d say it’s extremely low and far from evoking freshness to start the day. A Biotherm eau de toilette performs better, has more sparkle, smells more aromatic, and is cheaper too. A blind buy that failed; I wouldn’t recommend it.
