Lovely, it smells of fruit and flower. The pear is juicy and very prominent.
A fresh, sparkling fragrance, like a fine laundry cologne. The rose doesn’t dominate; it’s the pear and the musk that stand out, sweet and wearable. I’d wear it all year round and at events. It dries down quickly, very musky and fresh; there is an iris note but it’s very soft. I’m not sure yet how long it lasts as I only have the travel size and haven’t decided whether to buy the full bottle.
A friend tested it on me and it smelled of pure rose as I walked around.
Creamy, in the style of Dior’s Joy, but with a touch of ripe pear. It’s enveloping, feminine and serene, without being strident.
A friend gifted it to me. At first, I liked the EDT Fraiche but it didn’t last on the skin at all; this lasts a little longer, especially on clothes, though not by much. Sometimes I layer it over L’Interdit Rouge and it tames the spiciness on the nose, becoming sweeter; I like that combo. Edit: Lately, I’m obsessed with roses that linger on the skin, last well on clothes, and feel intimate even if they’re soft… I like that because I think it would be very invasive if it left a stronger trail; it’s more private this way. It’s true that it’s not incredibly new, but it smells good, it’s lovely, I like the bottle and I enjoy it, and that’s what matters.
One of my favourites in the collection. The blend of rose and pear is delicious.
My latest obsession. It smells to me of bottled innocent femininity, like marshmallow, even though it’s not a declared note.
I like it; it’s a delicate, tender and feminine scent where the sweetness of the pear and a subtle rose stand out on a musky base with a slight aquatic touch.
The perfect perfume for those who don’t like rose. Here it smells fresh, feminine and delicate; it’s exquisite. At first, you notice that unripe pear that gives it freshness, then the young rose appears, and throughout the life of the perfume, those musks that captivate. Where I live, it can be worn all year round, though I think it’s ideal for spring and summer. I’ve had my bottle for over a year and its longevity has improved; it’s between five and six hours. It’s one of the few that has flattered me, although its trail isn’t very wide.
I put it on and it gives me nausea; it’s super synthetic and piercing. It has rose, which I don’t like much anyway, but this is another level of unbearable. Could it be the ambrette musk with the rose? I don’t know, but I just can’t stand it.
My grandmother gave it to me for my birthday and it smells like ‘grandma’s perfume’. It’s flirtatious and cloying, yet lacks personality. The opening is exquisite, juicy pear in syrup, like the Cachantun pear water from my country. Once it dries down, the magic fades and it becomes a simple, boring pure musk. It lasted four hours with poor sillage; not worth spending so much on something so basic. The good thing is it suits any season.
I already have it in my collection. I love it; it’s sparkling, fresh with a very pleasant hint of sweetness, special for spring. I never get tired of smelling it and I’ll finally be able to enjoy it whenever I fancy.
I have both the decant and the eau de toilette, and I prefer the bottle version. In the decant, I notice a note I don’t like (perhaps the iris or the musk). Either way, the trail on my skin is almost non-existent.
I absolutely love it; it smells of caramelised pear, very sweet. It lasted all day and has great sillage. ❤️😍
Something strange happens with this perfume: it seems the scent fades quickly, but then people always tell me I smell good. It’s a pleasant aroma, like wearing a luxury cream of roses. Don’t expect a beast in terms of projection or sillage, but others do notice it. It would be perfect as a daily fragrance.
I love it; it’s very long-lasting and the performance is brilliant for the price. The opening is fresh and sweet with pear, then the iris becomes noticeable; I detect it straight away. It has nothing to do with La Vie Est Belle L’Extrait, although my nose gets confused for a second with the iris if I test them together, but they are distinct fragrances. Overall, it’s well-received, nothing extraordinary but very rich.
It’s a beautiful and long-lasting perfume 🫶, sweet and easy to wear 🍀. However, it’s not for summer, but rather for autumn and spring 🪷.
I love the scent; it’s lovely, although everything becomes noticeable after a while because the opening is almost imperceptible to me. It smells sweet, creamy, and with a clean touch. I love it, but I wish it lasted longer and had better projection 🙏🏻.
I received a sample and to me it smells of sugared berries (strawberry, cherry), musk, and rose. It’s another princess perfume, evoking the colour pink (like Idole, Tresor In Love, and a bit of Miss Dior 2021, although this is less piercing). I’m not being objective; I adore the feminine style, musks, and powdery roses. It’s not very original, but for me it’s rich and refined, although it doesn’t last long. It’s a shy fragrance but not childish. I would buy it; it doesn’t kill me, it’s a very pleasant aroma.
I liked it a lot when smelling it in the bottle, but when applied it smelled like ordinary conditioner; pleasant but unoriginal. At the start the pear stood out, but after 30 minutes it became horrible on my skin, like burnt hair; that lasted an hour and then in the dry down it became more pleasant, very powdery. It lasted on my skin only two or three hours. I wanted to like it but we weren’t compatible; surely it’s due to my pH. What a pity, I had liked it for daily use because it’s casual and simple 🙁
I absolutely love it; it smells delicious, but that baby wipe sensation just won’t leave my head 😩
I’m obsessed with the pear-rose-musk blend. It’s very commercial and pleasant, featuring a dry, sweet, and warm rose that is super feminine and versatile, nothing vintage. You can buy it blind and it has good staying power (not beastly but not disappointing either). In terms of scent, I prefer its flanker Eau Fraîche as it is more sparkling, but for longevity, this one is worth it. It has moderate sillage and lasts about seven hours on my skin. I compare it to natural makeup: it doesn’t seek attention but rather highlights your own beauty and is very agreeable…
It starts with a beautiful, dry pear note, then evolves into an elegant, musky iris. It reminds me of Ange ou Démon but drier. The downside is it lasts almost nothing; I can barely smell it on my skin after three hours. What a disappointment from Givenchy. Perhaps I’ll give it another chance.
It’s a perfume I simply adore, just beautiful!
I’m fascinated by it, much like most Givenchy perfumes. It’s true it’s nothing innovative, but it is very feminine and makes you feel automatically happy, sweet, and delicate. I haven’t found another that smells the same (if I hadn’t bought it). It’s from Givenchy, good quality, and hard to find a dupe for. What stands out most is the pear mixed with flowers. I was slightly disappointed by the sillage; the longevity is good (approx eight hours), but after two hours it becomes very intimate, which I don’t like because they are expensive and deserve a broader development. That’s my only criticism. I consider it versatile, more for daytime; at night I’d apply something heavier. In summary, a good fragrance for its ingredients, though something similar could have been done. Would I buy it again? Yes.
It lives up to its name 100%, it’s exquisite, full of flavour with an aromatic and sweet pear, youthful yet elegant depending on the occasion. Very versatile for times without much heat, although for spring it’s a 10/10. Full of marked notes, floral and sweet, but with brief woody points at the end that are noticeable. It’s irresistible!
Subtle and wearable, but not one of my favourites. I bought it as a decant, I wouldn’t buy it in full size.
One of my favourites. It does justice to its name. Irresistible 😍. All the feminine, elegant, youthful, sexy, warm, sweet, fruity, and delicate. In short, perfect ❤️. Beautiful bottle, perfect sillage and longevity. It accompanies me all day without being overwhelming and is noticeable until you shower the next day. One of the most praised ☺️. Forget about the longevity on clothes. I love it and want to always have it ❤️
It’s super feminine, the rose scent is noticeable, sweet, with a powdery touch, making me think of those rose cupcakes from some bakeries 🧁. The skin fixation lasts at least eight hours on me, and the sillage is moderate. I see it as an ultra-feminine perfume with a youthful attitude, not necessarily for a young woman, but for a woman with that youthful and sweet attitude.
I’m into sweet perfumes and didn’t know of this as it was the novelty when I bought it. The truth is it was a hit, although in the end it felt a bit boring to me. It’s very flat; I don’t see it for everyday use, more for certain moments, perhaps not for going to the shops or buying bread, maybe for dinner or a serious event. It’s a good perfume within its range.
