The truth is I don’t love it… it smells plasticky, half aquatic and nothing of the pistachio. It’s like the Yum Pistachio where you don’t feel the pistachio. Later it smells like the brand’s iconic flowers.
As soon as it’s sprayed, it’s a super-marked neroli of incredible quality, beautiful, fresh and clean. After 30 seconds, some youthful, juicy roses start, nothing pricking. Then comes the sweetness, the pistachio takes the lead, a bit dry, you can taste the nut, but in the background the vanilla and cream give it sweetness. It’s very sweet, girly, lasts 8 hours. It’s beautiful, I’d use it all the time except when it’s 40 degrees. Hope this helps ♥ try it.
I didn’t like it because the rose is sharper than in the EDP and on top of that it competes with the vanilla, as if it’s not well blended. I agree there’s the DNA of the classic (sweet aquatic and powdery rose), you can feel the pistachio or something nutty at the start, but I don’t perceive woods. The floral note gave me a headache. If you love roses and like the Irresistible family, buy it blind; if not, try it first, don’t let yourself be carried away by the gourmand side.
Not suitable for warm climates. When it spreads, you feel the rose with the pistachio very soft, then it disappears, leaving just a soft rose scent. I wanted to love it but it’s not the Irresistible EDP for me; it doesn’t last on my skin and this one is even softer. Try it before buying! Don’t let paid reviews guide you. The box is beautiful and the bottle iridescent, but its scent… words fail me.
At first comes the neroli and something citrusy, then it dries down to a powdery, avoindled rose; that effect is given by the pistachio, I also notice a bit of incense, probably the pistachio or the woods. If you like the EDP, you’ll like this one; it’s sweeter and stronger. It smells good, but you have to like powdery or slightly woody rose for it to grab you.
Great disappointment: the notes promised so much, but the rose is usually a fiasco here. I hate it; it causes nausea and headaches. Don’t wear it to a party because you won’t put it on again. It’s a waste of money, it has no personality. Just another floral, nothing new like the Miss Dior.
