Descripción

Irresistible Givenchy Very Floral by Givenchy is a floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2024, this composition was created by Anne Flipo, Dominique Ropion, Fanny Bal and Caroline Dumur. Its olfactive structure unfolds with top notes of coconut water, blackcurrants and bergamot; a heart of rose, Grasse rose, iris, ylang-ylang and sambac jasmine; and a base that combines ambrette musk, solar notes, ambrettolide, symfonide and cedar.

  • 😐I think it should be an EDT. The projection is very timid; I would need an intense version here. A fresh rose dominates within that veil the perfume provides, with a fruity and solar touch in the background, but the vibe is soapy-clean and shy🌹🧼

I must say, it reminds me of those scented paper and envelope sachets from the 90s. I love them. The rose, ylang-ylang, and iris are all well-presented. The solar notes at the end give the perfume that sparkle. I like it, but so far I’ve noticed very poor performance. It’s a pity it lasts only a breath, as it is such a beautiful perfume.

  • I can smell the coconut a lot, and it just doesn’t quite work with the rose for me. It’s not a bad perfume, but it comes across as strange to my nose.

I like it, but the performance is terrible. It’s a pity it lasts only a breath, because it’s a beautiful perfume.

It’s basically rose with a very diluted touch of coconut, as the notes list says. The other accords are hardly noticeable, perhaps a hint of flowers, or maybe they blend incredibly well. The trail and longevity are average. It didn’t dislike me, but it didn’t make me want to buy it either; it just wasn’t irresistible enough.

  • It’s a very fresh floral with coconut water, lacking that typical sweet touch; it has a salty note, like corn. To me, Irresistible is the best of the three.

  • What a delightful surprise. I was expecting something like Versace’s Bright Crystal, but no, it’s a super feminine perfume, absolutely creamy and surprisingly sweet. I’ve absolutely loved it.

Exquisite, soft, creamy, enveloping, nothing heavy but you can feel it, it accompanies you and makes you feel pretty and clean. I love this fragrance; its most notable note is a soft, creamy rose, slightly sweetened, nothing matronly. It’s versatile, although I think it shines during the day; you always look good. For any season, although now it’s ideal for spring. I love it; it could be a signature perfume. I recommend it highly.

Exquisite, soft, creamy, enveloping, nothing heavy but noticeable; it accompanies you, you feel pretty and clean. I love this fragrance; its standout note is a soft, creamy rose, slightly sweetened but nothing cheesy. It’s versatile, though I think it shines during the day; you always look good in it. Suitable for any season, although right now it’s ideal for spring. I love it; it could be a signature scent. I highly recommend it.

  • It’s a beautiful floral for spring and summer; if you feel the beach vibe, it’s fine. However, for me, regarding fixative and performance, I prefer the Rose Velvet version, which is similar, only that in that one the roses stand out more, whereas here you have a light flower on a background of soft facial cosmetic scent that doesn’t stop making it very feminine.

  • It’s a pleasant and delicate fragrance, perfect for summer. I can imagine a young, coquettish girl wearing it. On the other hand, it reminds me a lot of Gucci Bloom; it has that creamy, sweet base that slightly overwhelms me. It smells good, but it’s not my style.

  • It’s a pleasant and delicate perfume, perfect for summer. I imagine a very coquettish young girl wearing it. On the other hand, it reminds me a lot of Gucci Bloom; it has a creamy, sweet base that bores me a bit. It smells good but it’s not my style.

  • As I’ve read in other reviews: it’s soft, delicate, and youthful. The coconut opening is noticeable, making it quite sweet. It doesn’t last long, but for a perfume that is creamy and light, I think that’s fine.

  • I tested it today on blotter and skin. I’m not a huge fan of typically feminine florals, but I wanted something different for spring. I couldn’t find anything in the reviews about a fundamental point that needs clarifying: THERE IS A VERY CONTROVERSIAL NOTE. What I detect is that the ylang-ylang creates a very noticeable dissonance; in my case, it makes it intolerable. It’s a note that can be perceived as rancid, bitter, and, in my opinion, very poorly balanced with the rest and with the perfume’s concept. Not only did it not seem irresistible to me, it seemed more avoidable. To each their own. But don’t hesitate to smell it; it’s not a classic floral to buy blindly.

  • Flowerpower

I didn’t like it; it’s a 4/10. Thank goodness it doesn’t project or last long, otherwise I couldn’t bear it all day. On the skin, it comes across as powdery, bitter, and sour—I’m sure it’s the coconut that simply doesn’t suit me. I get the scent of coconut cream with a hint of roses. What I dislike is the blend of coconut with bergamot; it strips the creaminess from both the coconut and the ylang-ylang. It’s literally like curdled cream; I don’t know how they came up with that combination. A powdery, creamy, and bitter scent… destined to be forgotten.

  • It’s impossible for this perfume to be unpleasant. You might think it lacks intensity or personality, or that it doesn’t meet your expectations. But the scent is genuinely pleasant. The opening reminds me of my much-loved YSL BabyDoll from my teenage years: it’s fruity, with detectable blackcurrants and coconut water, but very soft (I don’t like obvious coconut) and it quickly moves to a fresh, youthful rose with a slight musk. In the trail and projection, it’s the same as Irresistible: not a bomb, but I notice it for several hours. It might not generate compliments, but I wear it because I love it and I do smell it. It has all the versatility you could want; this will never clash.

  • Flowerpower

I didn’t like it; I’d give it 4/10. Thank goodness it doesn’t project or last, otherwise I wouldn’t have put up with it all day. On skin, it’s talcum-like, bitter, and sour; the coconut is certainly not for me. It smells like coconut cream with a hint of roses. What I can’t stand is the mix of coconut with bergamot; it strips the creaminess from the coconut and the ylang-ylang. It’s literally curdled cream… I don’t know how they thought of mixing them. A talcum, creamy, and bitter scent… straight to oblivion!

  • Perhaps it’s just me, but I can only smell velvety rose and nothing else; that note overshadows everything and it’s not my style.

I wore this fragrance today, which I received as a decant when purchasing the Irresistible EDP. It’s very floral; frankly, I don’t detect any coconut. The opening is sparkling, but the base is slightly sweet and a bit powdery, though very little. I see it as ideal for sunny days, but nothing above 30 degrees, as it becomes heavy due to the florals. Personally, I don’t like floral perfumes. It’s nice and pleasant, but I wouldn’t buy it.

I wore this fragrance that arrived as a decant when I bought the Irresistible EDP. It’s very floral; frankly, I don’t detect the coconut. The opening is sparkling, leaving a very slight sweetness in the dry down, almost talcum-like. I see it as ideal for sunny days but not above 30 degrees, as it becomes heavy due to the florals, which I don’t like. It’s nice and pleasant, but I wouldn’t buy it.

Definitely the coconut and blackcurrant aren’t for me; on my skin, only those two notes came through, nothing else.
