What a delightful perfume. I haven’t tried the original, but I’ve already picked up the Risala version, and this one seems to lean more heavily into the rose than the Risala. I actually preferred the Risala, but I can’t find any fault with this. It’s a mature, powdery rose scent, creamy and slightly gourmand, reminiscent of a red fruit cake.
