Launched by Cinojad in 2025, Mu Ye Cang Xia is a floral fruity fragrance made for women and men. The idea is chiaroscuro: luminous fruit set against papery woods and a cocoa-toned depth.
Passionfruit, pink pepper and May rose form the top; Egyptian papyrus, grapes and cacao shape the heart; blackberries, tuberose and white cuaba flower (amyris wood) make up the base.
At first it is sparkling and mouth-watering. The passionfruit note brings crisp exotic acidity, pink pepper lends a clean, peppery lift, and May rose supplies a jammy yet fresh floral character.
Then the composition becomes more matte. Egyptian papyrus introduces a dry, earthy, papery facet that keeps the fruit in check. Grapes offer a different kind of juiciness, darker and fleshier, while cacao lends a smooth, bittersweet richness.
In the base, blackberry strengthens the black-fruit accord, tuberose unfolds with creamy, opulent whiteness, and white cuaba flower (amyris wood) provides a balsamic and lightly smoky wooden finish.
The general impression is woody, fruity and sweet, with rose, tuberose and white blossom, cacao, a tropical reminiscence and gentle spice turning warmer through the wear.
For women and men drawn to floral fruity fragrances with backbone: exotic fruit, peppered rose, cacao and light woods deepened by bramble fruit and white flowers.
