I picked this up for under €5 and it’s an absolute bargain, especially considering what it delivers. The design is elegant and the atomiser works perfectly. It opens with a potent citrus burst where ginger and lemon blend beautifully with a well-crafted lavender. Within minutes, tobacco emerges, mixed with woods that give it a very masculine feel. The base is amber, though I detect an undeclared musk that adds that characteristic sweetness. As an Eau de Cologne, the performance is surprisingly good: it lasts 4–5 hours with moderate but very noticeable projection, particularly in the first hour. It’s a scent many won’t recognise, but if you enjoy masculine woody, spiced fragrances with a touch of sweetness, you’ll love it, especially at this price.
