The middle notes are a delight, balsamic and warming. The longevity isn’t the best, but for ten euros, what more could you ask for? The base reminds me of the tatami mat where my brothers practised martial arts, so it’s not a total success. Still, I’ll use it for everyday wear.
The middle notes are a delight, balsamic and warm. The longevity isn’t the best, but for ten euros, what more could you ask for? The base brings back memories of the tatami where my brothers practised martial arts, so it’s not quite a hit. Still, I’ll use it for everyday wear.
It’s a very nice perfume; on my skin it feels powdery and sweet at times, reminding me of attenuated flan caramel with cedar and some powdery notes, even though they aren’t listed. The strawberry note is felt in warm weather; above 20°C it doesn’t work for me as I don’t get on with fruits. Highly recommended when it’s cold.
For a Zara fragrance, it’s not bad. It’s quite flat but pleasant, discreet and easy to wear. It smells of powder and a touch of sweetness; I don’t think it has much sillage and it fades quickly. I can’t detect any strawberry notes whatsoever.
Not bad for a Zara fragrance; quite flat but pleasant, discreet and easy to wear. A powdery and slightly sweet scent; I don’t think it has projection and the longevity is short. I don’t detect any strawberry note whatsoever.
In its 2018 version, it’s excellent; it smells unlike anything else on the market. Personally, it smells like some sun product to me. Short longevity, about two or three hours, but for ten euros…
In its 2018 version, it’s a real cracker; it smells different from everything else. To me, it smells like some sort of sunscreen. Not much longevity, only about two or three hours, but for ten euros…
This perfume has earned me plenty of compliments. In the shop, it didn’t take much to my liking, yet I couldn’t stop smelling it and found it addictive, though I wasn’t sure why. Someone mentioned it smells like sunscreen, which could be it, but it’s a sexy scent and Zara describes it as enveloping, and it delivers. Every time I wear it, people tell me I smell lovely and that I’m filling the room. I really enjoy it with jumpers and scarves; it’s very cosy. Notes of vanilla, almond and talc, I sense something of that. I have the 2018 version in the square purple bottle with gold on the pump. It’s divine.
This has earned me many compliments. In the store, it didn’t appeal to me much, but I couldn’t stop smelling it and found it addictive, although I couldn’t discern why. Someone said it smells like sun cream, which might be the case, but it’s a sexy perfume and the Zara website describes it as enveloping, which it is. Every time I wear it, people immediately tell me I smell delicious and I fill the room. I enjoy it a lot with jumpers and scarves; it’s truly cosy. Vanilla, almond, powdery; it has something of all that. I have the 2018 version in the square purple bottle with gold on the pump. It’s divine.
Super creamy. I sense almonds or warm hazelnuts; it subtly reminds me of the cosy feeling of Hypnotic Poison at a wallet-friendly price. The 2018 version has a different bottle; I don’t know if the notes have changed.
A liquid cream that is incredibly soft. I detect almonds and roasted hazelnuts; it subtly reminds me of the warmth of Hypnotic Poison, but at a price that doesn’t hurt. The 2018 version has a different bottle; I’m not sure if the notes have changed too.
Bought it blindly based on good recommendations (no tester available at the Zara I visited). I didn’t like it at all; it smells very much like talcum powder. Although I love talcum-based perfumes, not this one. It’s overwhelming and gave me a headache due to its strength. It’s not for me; it doesn’t smell bad, just too strong for my taste. One of the few that I feel doesn’t suit my skin at all.
I bought it blindly based on recommendations (no testers at Zara). I didn’t like it at all; it smells very powdery for my taste, although I love that family. It’s overwhelming and gave me a headache due to the strength. It’s not for me; it doesn’t smell bad, it’s just very strong for my chemistry.
This one does last. It’s super creamy to the point where it can feel heavy. I’d read it was similar to Hypnotic Poison, but there’s nothing like it, at least as far as I can smell. It has an aspect that attracts me and another that provokes rejection. Nevertheless, I’ve received good comments when I wear it.
The opening has a milky note that clashes with me; it seems to fit nothing. Curiously, I don’t see it listed in the olfactory pyramid. The base is indeed vanilla, but nothing more. The evolution is very flat, though it might appeal to those who appreciate talcum-based perfumes. The longevity is extremely short.
The opening has a milky note that grates on me, as if it doesn’t belong there. Curiously, I don’t see it listed in the olfactory pyramid. The base is vanilla-scented, but that’s all. The evolution is very flat, though it might appeal to those who appreciate powdery perfumes. The longevity is very scarce.
Soft, creamy and vanilla-scented, but with a note I couldn’t identify that bothered me the whole time, like plasticine. Plus, it’s terribly short-lived (max two hours) with zero projection. It doesn’t resemble either Zara Femme or Hypnotic Poison. It came in a set and left my collection without making much of an impression.
I have the 2019 version and it’s a beast: intense, with good projection and lasting all day. It suits me well, but someone told me it smelled of cannabis to them, which sounds intrusive.
The Zara Nuit is for a woman with a strong personality: creamy, dark and intrusive. It lasts quite a while on my skin, although many complain that Zara perfumes don’t last. It’s a scent you shouldn’t buy blind because it’s not for everyone; it has a milky note at the base that I adore and becomes rich close to the skin. The sillage is strong for the first hour, then moderates to that close-to-skin phase that I love so much. Very good for evening dinners, the bar, the club or any night out with alcohol, but without going over the top. Suitable for winter or autumn, for young or adult women; I don’t see it for teenagers.
Excellent perfume, great price-to-quality ratio. It has a penetrating, amber and powdery aroma. It’s wonderful.
Intense, sensual and dark fragrance. Long-lasting with strong sillage. It stays intact for 4-5 hours, then sits close to the skin, though it lingers longer on clothes. It evokes character and personality, suitable for around 30 years old. Don’t overuse; apply moderately. I absolutely love it; it’s woody and creamy, and I’ve received many compliments because it leaves more of a trail than I perceive myself.
I love it. It’s so creamy it reminds me of Neutrogena’s concentrated hand cream (and for me, that’s a positive thing).
Could it be the amber that note that feels so thick? The sandalwood? Or the blend? Based on previous reviews, it seems so. I bought it because it was similar to the Dior one, but I haven’t managed to connect with it. I sprayed it once and, obviously, it’s sweet, strong, and warm… but after a while, every time I moved my arm, there were bursts of balsamic, penetrating, and resinous sweetness. It gave me a headache, and I confirmed it was due to the scent. The trail is heavy and persistent; I washed the area, yet I still felt the aroma close to my skin… phew. I was surprised; I love strong fragrances… but that note seems not to be for me for now. I will insist anyway, on occasions when I go to open spaces. Luckily, I didn’t let myself be carried away, and I took the small 30ml format instead.
Smells like baby product; the vanilla is very synthetic, like aromatherapy burn essences, I didn’t like it. I bought it blind expecting something more robust.
Could the amber be that thick note I sense? Or the palo santo? Based on previous reviews, it seems so. I bought it because it looked like the Dior one, but I haven’t managed to connect with it. It’s sweet, strong and warm, but over time balsamic and resinous bursts emerge that gave me a headache. Heavy and persistent sillage; I washed the area and it still smelled on my skin and clothes. I was surprised; I love strong fragrances, but that note wasn’t for me for now. I’ll keep trying in open spaces. Luckily, I didn’t let myself be carried away and opted for the small 30 mL format.
I bought it blind in roll-on form and was surprised: soft, sweet but not overpowering, very pleasant. Perhaps because I’m a fan of amber, I detect it quite strongly. Ideal for everyday wear, with low sillage and fixation. I’ll definitely buy it again.
Interesting, deep and wearable despite being a ‘Nuit’. In my nose, sandalwood predominates. It’s the perfect Zara perfume for the evening; the name fits perfectly.
Although I’m not usually a fan of sweet perfumes, this one has won me over. The amber and vanilla are well-balanced, leaving a creamy and exquisite sensation on the skin. The only drawback is that it doesn’t last very long.
Peach, iris and valley lily over a soft amber base. Smells fruity with powdery notes. 9.5 out of 10, very pleasant with medium longevity.
