Starts with a direct oud note that, if you over-spray, gives a slight headache, but strangely, it doesn’t bother me. It’s a creamy oud that becomes woody until the rose takes over as the star. The wood is dry and contrasts with the oud, while the rose also has woody nuances, achieving a very unisex result. The projection is powerful and lasts around four hours. The rose-plus-oud duo is nothing new, and this perfume adds nothing fresh. It’s a solid performer that fits the line of classic oriental scents with a rose note. It’s good, but nothing more, unless you’re a huge fan of these chords or the oriental genre. I see it as suitable for winter or autumn, both day and night.
