Upon release, the fragrance unfolds a vibrant combination of pomegranate, pink pepper, pepper, cardamom, priprioca, ginger, grapefruit and basil. The heart reveals warm woods and florals with cedar, violet, coriander and lavender. The base settles on a woody and resinous accord formed by amber, cedar, patchouli, copaiba balsam and labdanum.

Descripción
Química de Humor is a fruity floral fragrance for women, launched by Natura in 2019. The composition, created by Verônica Kato, Nicolas Beaulieu and Jean-Christophe Hérault, unfolds a vibrant and sophisticated olfactive pyramid. The top notes combine the freshness of pomegranate, pink pepper, grapefruit and cardamom. The heart reveals a floral and fruity blend of sambac jasmine, plum, orange blossom, rose and violet. The base settles on a woody and creamy accord formed by cedar, patchouli, sandalwood, cipriol, benzoin and vanilla.

This made me realise that woody scents just aren’t for me.

I’m not sure what to make of this perfume. Clearly, they decided to create something unisex that both women and men can wear; in fact, there are even people layering it with the men’s version. I won’t deny it’s original, and in that sense, I like it because I’m getting a bit tired of smelling vanilla or gourmand scents everywhere. Now, I’m not sure which note it is, but there’s something that feels spicy or smells like spice to me, and the wood is too overpowering, reaching a point where it becomes cloying. For now, I wouldn’t buy it, unless one day I decide to purchase it for its originality and layer it with another.

I love this perfume; it has so much personality. It’s strong, and if you can handle that peppery note which is a bit controversial, as it’s quite bitter and that makes it less feminine, the truth is it has a wonderful evolution. I find it very unique and powerful. It’s very spicy, but as it dries down, that floral touch appears, making it so rich and combining so well. If you like sweet, feminine perfumes, this won’t be for you, but if you prefer warm, more unisex scents, it’s superb. I think it’s more Oriental than fruity floral, as it’s not fresh at all, and at least for me, I don’t perceive any fruit.

The spiciest of all the Humour scents. When you don’t want to feel so generic and don’t want to go unnoticed. Unfortunately, I can’t wear it again because I had it on during one of the worst moments of my life.

I had a sample of this perfume some time ago and at first, it didn’t catch my attention. Now that I’ve tried it again, I liked it so much that I bought it. On the opening, you can perceive a citrus note which then softens to feel more floral and woody. In fact, that last part is what I love; I feel great harmony in that combination and it seems different from what I’m used to (gourmand perfumes). I also sense that soapy quality people mention in some comments, but it doesn’t disgust me. I consider it has good longevity on my skin; after 5-6 hours, the scent is still noticeable.

It was a gift from my grandmother, but to be honest, I didn’t like it much 😞. It seems more ‘elegant’, if you like, than other fragrances in the Humour line (like number 1 and 5, for example) and more adult. It’s probably because it’s more powdery/woody or has a sort of pepper? I can’t distinguish well, but I don’t like it much; I’ll probably give it away. I keep it only because I love the bottle 🤣.

I think this fragrance was the first proposal from Natura’s Humour line to be acquired in both female and male versions. What I remember clearly is that in Mexico, it was launched in a special catalogue for lovers with Valentine’s Day packages; the advertising consisted of a couple where both wore the version of Chemistry appropriate for their gender, like a click of fragrance trails when together. Today I wear the female Chemistry and I like this proposal a lot; it’s daring for the female side of the line, as it’s not the least sweet-smelling. You can feel the bittersweet fruity note of pomegranate, and the citrus of grapefruit and pink pepper dancing with cedar and cardamom. Delicious woods and spices. Woody, citrusy, and as I read, for intrepid women. I feel it gives more strength, perhaps due to the cedar and cardamomo notes. I perceive it will be my fragrance for the approaching autumn.

The only downside of this perfume is that it suits my boyfriend better than me… and it’s not that I don’t appreciate the unisex proposal it offers; on the contrary, I find its woody and citrus opening very interesting, but I don’t feel very comfortable wearing it. I feel it lacks a little more of flowers or fruit… or perhaps I need to give it more chances. Its performance is excellent.

I believe this fragrance was the first in the Natura Humor line, available in both feminine and masculine versions. I recall it launching in Mexico in a special Valentine’s catalogue, featuring packaging for couples with ads of a pair using the Chemically appropriate version for their gender, like sparks of sillage when together. I now wear the feminine Chemically version and really like this bold proposal for the feminine side of the line, as it isn’t the least sweet-smelling. You can detect the bittersweet fruity notes of pomegranate, and the citrus of grapefruit and pink pepper dancing with cedar and cardamom. Delicious woods and spices. It’s woody, citrusy, and, as I read, for intrepid women. I feel it adds more strength, perhaps due to the cedar and cardamomo notes. I sense it will be my autumn fragrance as the season approaches.

I like it a lot. On my skin, it comes out fruity and quite sweet. It must be my ph. I should also smell it on another person.

MElena
Too woody at first, and when I say too, I mean TOO. It’s not unpleasant, simply seems to me more of a man’s perfume than a woman’s. If you like woods and especially pepper, it’s ideal. I wouldn’t buy it again.
-
MElena
Too woody on the opening, but when I say too much, I mean TOO MUCH. It’s not ugly, simply that I think it’s more of a man’s perfume than a woman’s. If you like woods and love pepper, it’s ideal. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Perfumadict
It feels citrusy and bitter (grapefruit) and spiced-woody, nothing sweet or sexy. Someone gifted it to me and I can’t bring myself to wear it… I’ve put it up for sale 🙁

It smells citrusy and bitter, like grapefruit, with spicy and woody notes. Nothing sweet or sexy. Someone gifted it to me and I haven’t used it; I’ve already put it up for sale 🙁

I love it, although it is very intense and lacks the sweet touch of the others, but it tastes delicious.
-
Marian71
I adore it; it’s super sexy and intense. At first, I hated it, but within a week it hooked me, and by a month I’d finished the first bottle. It’s just a bomb, but if you mix it with its male counterpart, it’s explosive! I love that combination.
-
marilaus84
It’s a woody and sweet perfume, beautiful. For now, that’s all I can say. It wears like Beijo, a unisex style. Very lovely, nothing like the others: neither fruity, nor herbal, nor cherry or sweet apple. It’s worth trying if you’ve never bought from the line.
-
Kvrito
I love it, and yes, when it dries down it smells just like Blue Seduction by A. Banderas. It’s woody but more than warm; I’d say fresh and spicy, with a very subtle sweetness. It has excellent trail and longevity; it lasted me over eight hours on the skin.
-
Kvrito
I absolutely love this perfume, and yes! Once it dries down, it smells identical to Blue Seduction by A. Banderas ❤️ It’s woody, but rather than warm, I’d say it’s fresh and spiced, with an almost imperceptible sweetness. It has excellent sillage and longevity; it lasted on my skin for over 8 hours.

I prefer sweet gourmands, but I love this one; I don’t know what it is… it’s my favourite from the Humor line (I’ve tried the red, pink, and blue).

Heidicarla82
This version of Humor is the one that fixes and projects best on me. It’s an exquisite fragrance with a particular touch.

magia olfativa
I love it. The Humor line surprises me again with this fragrance, which on me becomes floral, woody, and very slightly fruity. It’s not a new scent; I experienced it in the Elixir Essencial, which feels like a lighter version of Le Panthere de Cartier, something crazy because it has the DNA of Natura’s Humor. The bottle is charming and the fragrance is ideal for no more than 30 degrees. I’d buy it again for those rich jasmine notes it sometimes releases alongside the warmth of woods, resins, and spices.

This scent is not for me. The Humour line surprises me again: on me it is floral, woody and very slightly fruity. It is not new to me, I already experienced it in Essentiel Elixir, which is like a lighter version of Le Panthere Cartier, something crazy by Natura’s DNA. The bottle is beautiful and is ideal for no more than 30 degrees. I would buy it again for those rich jasmines it releases with the warmth of woods, resins and spices!!!

I love it! Brutal fixative, lasts all day on my wrist and the trail is incredible. By the way, it smells exactly like Creed’s Adventus for Her
-
Lilyelisa
I love it! Excellent longevity; it lasts all day and I can’t stop smelling my wrist. Excellent trail. PD: It’s in the same style as Adventus for her by Creed.

A sample arrived and I was delighted; at first, something reminded me of the floral Essentiel Exclusif, so I ordered it. Now that I have it, it’s pleasant, floral, and with a masculine touch, but I feel it’s missing something to fully enchant me; it will be a matter of continuing to try it.

Marybel
I was sent a sample and I was blown away: on my skin, it smells identical to Antonio Banderas’ Blue Seduction.

I bought it today from a reseller. It was a blind buy because its notes are my favourites. It didn’t kill me but it didn’t disappoint me too much. Throughout its performance, what predominates on my skin is pepper with a mentholated nuance, very similar to what the Oud by Natura leaves me but without that fierce potency. Pepper, pepper and more pepper is almost the only thing I perceive, although without that characteristic sting. It could be said to be harmless pepper. The opening is predominantly citrusy to give way to a rich rose (which unfortunately lasts very little and reminds me of the rose in Essentiel Style) finishing with… mentholated pepper (although you know it was always there). A mediocre trail although it lasts longer on skin. An anecdote: when Car Car said it was similar to Banderas’ Blue Seduction, I managed to get a sample of this since I had never heard of it and… absolutely nothing in common. Banderas’ is an aquatic scent and, indeed, soapy at the end, which has nothing to do with the notes of Humour. Perhaps it could be similar in its masculine tendency but beyond that I don’t understand it. Things of noses… It’s going with the wave Car Car, haha.
-
CarCar
Haha, perhaps I didn’t emphasise it enough, but on my skin, that soapy effect really stands out, which I don’t like… I tried it again at a friend’s request and, no, we don’t have good chemistry (turun tun tish). I admit that Banderas’ is aquatic and that the Humour one is more complex and varies more, but on my skin they dry down to be very, very similar… (besides, I have the Brazilian version and perhaps there are differences in which notes stand out…). I’ve just noticed that the photo of the bottle here is poor: it is orange and dark violet, not orange and burgundy… PS: I love this out-of-date chat hehe.

A beautiful perfume, delicate, ideal for relaxing after a bath, gives a sensation of cleanliness. It is not a cloyingly sweet one, it is just what is necessary, at the same time it is soft, but noticeable. I liked it very much, it is not for going out or at night, I see it as daytime, temperate climates, with a moderate trail. Highly recommended!

CarCar
I received it today, almost three months later (oh the post…). The opening made a good impression: some floral notes harmonised by a haze of black pepper (without the spicy part). Wow! I said to myself. But then it dried down… And it started to bring me reminiscences of a known scent… I thought and thought until I realised: a tremendous resemblance to Antonio Banderas’ Blue Seduction… As it dries down it loses that particularity of pepper and becomes a fresh, clean and even soapy fragrance. It smells like when soap foam gets into your mouth (just like Banderas). It is a very pleasant scent and I love smelling it on other people (my sister uses Blue Seduction and it suits her perfectly!). Unfortunately for me, my skin tends to accentuate that soapy facet and it saturates my nose until it seems too intense… Unless the end makes a 180-degree turn, I would not call this perfume ‘warm’… Still I like it and I can’t decide to gift it because it is very particular… Tomorrow I will try the acclaimed laboratory and I will combine the feminine and the masculine…
-
Camila Canela
It seems more of a man’s scent by the accords, zero sweetness, all wood, warm spices and citrus at the end. Ideal for brave girls who do not shy away from the challenge, although those who love the sweet will have to endure the flavour 🤣

Natura proposes mixing the feminine and masculine for a unique couple combination, hence the name ‘Humour Chemistry’ and the laboratory image. It will arrive from Brazil and I will review it later. The male sample already pleased me: fresh and ambered…

Natura wants the couple to mix both perfumes to create their own ‘Humour Chemistry’, with a laboratory campaign. I will order from Brazil and try it later. The male sample already delights me: fresh and with ambered notes…
Category:

I received a sample of the men’s version and none of the feminine one. I don’t know why, but at first it smells of black pepper without the real spiciness. I’m not an expert in men’s perfumes, I’ll have to try it more to describe it better… It’s fresh, slightly ambered but not sweet, with soft green notes. It smells ‘masculine’ to me and I’d wear it without hesitation… If this is how the men’s version smells, imagine the feminine one. Anyway, Natura’s idea is that both mix to create a unique couple combination, hence the name ‘Chemistry of Humour’ and the laboratory campaign. In August 2020 I passed it to my partner as I wasn’t using it. On his skin it comes across as more acidic, powdery and spiced, while on mine it tends to be more crystalline and ambered. I was surprised by the marked difference… The mix of three-quarters men’s and one-quarter women’s version was a huge hit.
Very good aroma, with an average longevity of 6 to 7 hours on oily skin. When mixed with the feminine version, it achieves a touch similar to the classic Carlo Corinto.
The men’s version is a delight: fruity yet without falling into the typical sweetness of feminine fragrances. The balance is just right. Unlike other comments, I wouldn’t wear it in cold weather as I find it muted; its ideal climate is spring, both day and night. In summer, perhaps only in the evening and without exceeding 30 degrees. The trail is moderate, lasting between 2 and 4 hours, nothing more. The base notes are what last longest on the skin. As few men’s fragrances stand out for their pomegranate, I give Natura an extra point.
I took the Masculine and Feminine pack from Química de Humor in 25ml bottles straight from Natura. It’s a charming, inoffensive fruity-spicy scent at first; at the end only patchouli and copaíba balsam remain, very Brazilian. After two hours I feel the same dry-down mentioned with Black XS, which I also own, but it is fruitier and subtler (they are very distinct fragrances in evolution). At this stage the scent is skin-scented. It wasn’t a perfume that generated expectations for me, I think on the contrary it is just for personal delight. Note: 5/10 Performance: Average. Longevity: 4 hours. Price: Low. Value: Recommended for Men 30+.
I left a sample in my wardrobe after trying it, feeling it feminine, sweet, and not rich. Nothing interesting. I tried it again some time later and uffff. I don’t know what happened, as if they had changed the liquid inside. I LOVED IT! It feels very spicy, creating a slight tickle in the nose, reminding me a lot of Sauvage, peppery with a clean touch at the base, but here it accompanies as a plum or fruit note that cuts through so much pepper. I insist, I loved it. It is a Sauvage with a delicious fruity touch at the base. In the dry down, it resembles Sauvage most, but the sweet note remains. I highly recommend this scent, at least to try it. Very well done, Natura!

I don’t know what happened, as if they’d changed the liquid. I LOVED IT! My husband owns it. To me, it smells more unisex, although I wouldn’t wear it (and I don’t like it) because it smells very strongly of mango and comes across as cloying. It lasts quite a while on the skin and has a soft trail.
Charming and fascinating, it reminded me of Paco Rabanne’s Black XS, but here it is less sweet, more powdery and dry. Crowned with exquisite acidity, nothing harsh, and very sensual. Indeed, pomegranate takes centre stage, slightly dry and acidic, yet leaving a sensuality almost like velvet skin. I spotted it on offer today and couldn’t resist. The other notes blend beautifully, not competing with each other but forming a particular accord that adorns the pomegranate with hints of dry ginger. A spicy, dry aura with outstanding quality, nothing to envy from designer scents, even niche ones. Here Natura boasts of using natural ingredients. Many say it is unisex, and strictly speaking, any fragrance can be, but I understand it suits a woman; on a man’s skin, this is invincible, wild masculinity.

Top perfumers like Verônica Kato and Jean-Christophe might copy a masterpiece, but only an elite genius like Olivier Cresp can create one from scratch.
Not much to say. After all, Herault is one of the most prestigious perfumers. It’s a youthful yet mature fragrance with quality notes. Spicy at first, the spices mark it out as no ordinary perfume. Over time the wood intensifies and complements the sweet and floral notes. It’s versatile: office, shopping, family, friends, even business. I’d wear it on dates or night outs. A gem from Natura that should stay in the catalogue.
Not much to say. For a reason, Herault is one of the most prestigious perfumers in the world. A young yet mature fragrance with excellent note quality. Spicy at the opening, the spices make it clear that this is not just any perfume. Over time, the woody notes intensify greatly and accompany the light sweet and floral notes. Versatile, it can be worn in the office, while shopping, at family and friends’ gatherings, even professional or business meetings, though I would draw the limit at romantic dates or club outings. A jewel from Natura that should always remain in its catalogue.
It’s identical to Zara Gold Man.
At first glance it seems fruity and soapy, but as it dries down it transforms into a dry, woody scent, barely sweet and certainly not soapy, more spiced instead. I like it, though it doesn’t drive me wild. It bears little resemblance to Quimica Femenino, except when sniffed straight from the spray.
The Black XS by Natura: initially woody and spiced with a very subtle amber note. It’s versatile, slightly warm, and perfect for the office or casual outings. At first, I laughed at comparisons with the PR Black XS, but after wearing it, I forgot that and noticed it dries down identically, even with that fruity touch. It’s soft, low-powered, and lasts about six hours on the skin. If you like soft, semi-formal, warm, woody, fruity, or spiced fragrances, it’s a great choice. It attracts good moments.
It’s rich, but unfortunately, it doesn’t last at all.
Pure wood and absolutely delicious. I bought it to mix with the feminine scent, and the combination is unique.
It opens fruity and spiced, with more wood notes as it dries. It’s exquisite but lasts no more than two hours. What a pity about such poor performance; it’s delicious but totally dysfunctional.
A very good perfume; it smells exactly like Dolce & Gabbana The One EDT once it has dried on the skin. A real stunner from Natura.
Smells like cheap bubblegum fruit with a sweet, soft woody base. The downside is that it lasts and projects for nothing, staying only on the skin.
It’s a sexy, rich bomb, but the projection is a joke: it lasts half an hour and clings only to the skin. The opening is addictive, perfect for fresh autumn or spring evenings, more for night than day. If it lasted longer, it would be a monster.
