Up top are pink pepper, cinnamon, ginger and saffron. Cinnamon is prominent, lifted by the piquant freshness of ginger and pink pepper, with saffron lending a dry richness.
The heart features liquorice, caramel and amber. Here the spiciness turns gentle and creamy, while amber lends a rounded glow that binds the sweetness together.
