Cardamom opens with gentle warmth, joined by Egyptian papyrus, which feels dry, green and faintly smoked. The pairing keeps the first moments crisp and composed.
The top notes lend brightness rather than sweetness. Papyrus contributes a dry papery-woody line that sharpens the cardamom nicely.
At the heart, sandalwood becomes supple and creamy. Violet leaf and orris root add a talc-like softness, smoothing the woods to a polished, tidy effect.
Underneath, cedar, leather, amber and musk form the foundation. Cedar lends structure, leather a muted richness, and amber a mellow glow.
