  I am surprised there are not more reviews of this great treasure. Scherrer 2, despite having many notes, each one is perceived, being the most powerful the honey and amber, although I notice much incense; it reminds me of Arabic perfumes. With two sprays it leaves a super powerful trail, the longevity is excellent, it does not go unnoticed, and it steals glances. It is worth every penny it costs.

  A marvel. The roughness and insolence of the rose/bergamot combo feel strong, with that typical torn body of these notes. But Scherrer II is not a chypre as usual; it wants to ride the eighties fashion of narcotic nardos and enchanting resins, but instead of imposing from the start, it lets the nard and honey with resins add up little by little, without dominating. The lovely thing is that no current reigns: even in the oriental dry-down, there are sparks of a soapy, spicy, young rose. Half chypre, half oriental. For women in sheer stockings and stiletto heels or masculine men with a touch of puerility. Perfectly unisex. Highly recommended.

  It’s a staple on my list: intense and full of personality, almost masculine, perfect for winter. It smells unusual and leaves no one indifferent. The longevity is brutal; it’s noticeable on the skin for hours. I love that the bottle has remained unchanged after 30 years, something few brands manage; I bought it and it’s identical to the one I had in the 90s when I was a teenager.

  Undoubtedly one of my favourites: intense, almost masculine, and with great personality, ideal for winter. An uncommon scent that leaves no one indifferent. The longevity is brutal and lasts for hours on the skin. Moreover, I adore that they have maintained the original bottle design after 30 years, unlike other houses that have changed it. I just bought it and it is identical to the one I wore in the 90s and still have stored away.

  I agree with those who have already tried it. It’s a blend between chypre and oriental-floral. The bottle is exquisite, elegant, and showcases the power of what’s inside. It’s dense, with incredible sillage and fixative qualities, sitting perfectly on stylish men or women in luxury attire. It begins strong with aldehydes, moves to something honeyed with very attractive flowers, and then settles into resinous notes with a soft vanilla touch. It’s an adult, luxurious perfume with presence. Don’t buy it blindly; it’s very different from today’s sweet trends.

  I agree with the previous reviews. It is a perfume half chypre, half oriental-floral. The bottle is a marvel, elegant, and showcases the power of the liquid. It is dense, with great longevity and trail, and suits women and men with elegant airs and luxury clothing. A powerful opening, aldehydes that transition into a honeyed aroma with narcotic flowers. I perceive the benzoin resin that gives it a soft vanilla touch at the end. An adult evolution, luxurious, and with presence. Do not buy blindly! It is very different from current gourmand trends.

  The Sinful Lady did not pretend to be spotless; she enjoyed her excesses. Individualistic, extravagant, and sensual. The 80s played with juicy roses, velveted with musks and resins, spicy on woods and spices, with animalic touches for that untamed ferocity. The opening of Scherrer 2 goes straight to the point: roses in an elegant, vicious mandarin fruit tone. Then come herbs and resins. The ambered juice intertwines with the skin, flooding us with smoky, sparkling, and erotic myrrh. White flowers are also present, jasmine and neroli flirting with the rose. The base of sandalwood, patchouli, and animalic touches gives that lustful aura. It is difficult to compare them, but it reminds me of the Coco Chanel EDT from the 80s, although that one carries a more selfish rose and uses clove instead of myrrh. The balsamic part of Scherrer 2 is more pronounced. It lacks the plum of Clandestine or Vendetta. It is rich, with a high trail and impeccable longevity. My review is of an old tester from the 90s. Scherrer is synonymous with elegance and sophistication.

  50ml Splash. A potion brewed by mischievous, devilish perfumers. A work of architectural and sensory design, with well-balanced aldehydes and a harmonious, sweet, smoky rose. Was this emancipation? A city incense of skyscrapers that also takes root in the subsoil and the subconscious. Linger on the skin for hours, creating an aura of glorious sandalwood. It whispers: ‘do not use me until you know me well; by my attributes and power, I am capable of things you cannot even suspect’. A drop levitates the air as if invoking a ghost. The bottle encloses and portrays the genius. Take it seriously: the perfume with capital letters was like this; it is not for playing with nor is it frivolous. I am not prepared to wear it.

It whispers that you shouldn’t wear it until you know it well, for its attributes and power can do things you never dreamt of. A drop of this SCH2 lifts the air as if you were summoning a ghost. The bottle encloses and portrays the genius. Take it seriously: the perfume with capital letters was like this; it’s no game and not frivolous. Frankly, I’m not ready to wear it yet.
