  Bought it based on YouTube reviews and I have no regrets. It’s an excellent dupe for Mon Paris, with medium longevity and trail, but smells delicious—a sweet fruity scent for mild days.

  Bought it fearing the strawberry note might be too synthetic. At first, it does feel a bit so, quite similar to children’s medicines. The fragrance overall is interesting; I recommend it exclusively for spring as it can become overwhelming in warmer climates. Ideal for a date.

  Frambuesa and vanilla scent. An alternative to Mon Paris. I’ve noticed that La Rive perfumes develop their scent better after letting them breathe for a few days. Suitable for temperate climates. Be careful with the number of sprays, as it can be deceptive. After a few hours, the patchouli emerges and can become overwhelming. Lasts about four hours on the skin with a moderate trail.

  The opening is brutally alcoholic, but as it settles, citrus notes with green undertones and bergamot emerge. I don’t detect the blackcurrant, so it’s essentially a short citrus burst lasting about three minutes, while the rest of the five minutes are lost in that alcohol. On the skin, raspberries and cream strawberries take over, like a creamy raspberry and strawberry ice cream: fresh raspberry and sweet strawberry. The florals are light, with an almost imperceptible rose and a lily of the valley that adds freshness to the raspberry. The violet gives that powdery touch to the ice cream, and that sensation lingers until the very end. It says it has patchouli and cashmere, but I can’t smell the cashmere at all, haha. Then comes that creamy vanilla ice cream scent, with less strawberry/raspberry but still with that musky tone. You’ll laugh, but it reminds me of FRUNA’s CREMINO ice cream, that Chilean candy brand; I’ve left a photo. It lasts four to five hours on well-hydrated skin and much longer on clothes; I wore it to sleep in my pyjamas, and the next day, still wearing them, that vanilla ice cream accord is still there.

  The opening is very alcoholic, but as it evaporates, the citrus accord of green notes and bergamot becomes apparent. I don’t detect much blackcurrant, so it’s basically a short citrus opening lasting about three minutes, while another five minutes linger with that alcoholic sensation. On the skin, it features raspberries mixed with cream strawberries, like a creamy raspberry and strawberry ice cream; the raspberry adds freshness while the strawberry provides the sweet side. The flowers are light, with a delicate, almost imperceptible rose and a lily of the valley that adds freshness to the raspberry. The violet dusts this ice cream and persists until the end. There’s patchouli and cashmere indicated, but I don’t detect the cashmere or even a hint of it. Then, a creamy vanilla ice cream emerges without the strawberries or raspberries being so prominent, yet with a musky tone. People might laugh, but it reminds me of the FRUNA CREMINO ice cream, a famous sweet treat brand here in Chile. It lasts four to five hours on well-hydrated skin and much longer on clothes. I sprayed it on before sleeping in my pyjamas, and the next day, when I used it again, that vanilla ice cream accord was still there.

  It’s very similar to YSL’s MP, but also reminiscent of Nina Ricci’s Extra Rouge. Sweet without being overpowering, with a light floral touch, vanilla, lily, and violet. Everything in similar proportions; it’s neither fully gourmand nor entirely floral. Exquisite.

  Very similar to the YSL Mon Paris, but also reminiscent of Nina Ricci’s Extra Rouge. Sweet without being overwhelming, slightly floral with vanilla, lily, and violet. Everything is in proportion; it’s neither fully gourmand nor completely floral. Exquisite.

  If you don’t like fruity scents, steer clear. To me, it’s a youthful fragrance with a red fruit opening and a touch of pear. The floral aspect doesn’t work for me; I don’t detect the rose or lily of the valley. On my skin, it simply doesn’t work at all.

  Bought it looking for something similar to ‘Mon Paris’ and it truly delivers. I’ve worn it alongside the original and can’t detect any difference. It’s sweet with a mature touch that suits it perfectly. Ideal for sunny days with a hint of coolness.
