100% identical to Black Phantom. Incredible longevity.
The presentation is spectacular, the bottle beautiful, and the perfume a marvel. More than rum, it’s coffee liqueur: dark, sweet, earthy, with a faint smoky dry-down. Very similar to Black Phantom, less so to Wafa by Ard Al Zaafaran (another gem not on Fragrantica); only the opening resembles it, but as it dries, it becomes sweeter and less smoky. A truly magnificent scent, perfect for nightwear and totally unisex. Lasts 7–8 hours with good projection and trail.
Smells of caramel, a gourmand scent no matter how you look at it.
The presentation is spectacular, with a beautiful bottle and a wonderful perfume. More than rum, it is a coffee liqueur: dark, sweet, earthy, and slightly smoky at the base. Very similar to Black Phantom, less so to Wafa by Ard Al Zaafaran (another gem not listed on Fragrantica); only similar at the start. As it dries down, it becomes sweeter and less smoky. A proper gentleman’s fragrance, perfect for evenings and totally unisex. Lasts 7 to 8 hours with good projection and trail.
Smells like caramel, gourmand from any angle.
A perfectly balanced blend of liquor and coffee, with a serious and elegant masculine scent. Not for everyone, as it smells different on paper than on the skin. Ideal for night outs: it slowly fades into vetiver and rum. Recommended for collectors due to its character and distinct strength; it is not identical to other fragrances.
A well-balanced mix of liqueur and coffee, offering a serious, elegant masculine aroma. Not for everyone, as it smells different on paper than on the skin. Ideal for night outings: it slowly fades into vetiver and rum. Recommended for collectors due to its character and own strength; it’s not identical to others.
Black Phantom is what it mimics, and it does so very well. Given the price and quality, it’s absolutely worth it. Perfect for going out at night to seduce.
It comes across as cloying, but if you like sweet things, it’s brilliant. I appreciate a milky note that dominates; it’s a good perfume.
A formal fragrance, addictive, perfect for autumn and winter. I can detect the liquor when you first spray it, then the intensity drops, leaving a rich spiced chocolate and sweet base with excellent coffee notes. Don’t buy this blindly, nor is it difficult to dislike; you simply have to enjoy this type of alcoholic/sweet scent.
A lovely nocturnal, masculine, and attractive scent, perfect for winter. Few people talk about it; tested hand-to-hand, it outperforms the reformulated Black Phantom in power and intensity. A liqueur-like aroma with noticeable patchouli, not for teenagers or the current sweet trend; it ignores those sugary notes in its pyramid, being more punchy and seductive than a standard vanilla, sugar, and tonka bean scent. Well done, ideal for occasional outings, as it can be too intense and elegant for daily wear, potentially clashing with the occasion. Good performance, requiring few sprays in enclosed spaces, and at a gift-worthy price. Greetings: the original Kilian smells paler and washed-out by comparison to this Spectre, being the same or very similar aroma. If you loved Bentley for Men Intense, here’s something just as good, but less serious and formal.
Smells awful, like walking into a couple of elderly people’s house.
A delightful night scent, masculine, attractive, and winter-appropriate. Few people talk about it, but tested against others, it surpasses the reformulated Black Phantom in power and intensity. It’s a liquor-based aroma with a noticeable patchouli, not for teenagers or those trendy sweeties. Don’t be fooled by the sweet notes in the pyramid; it’s more punchy and seductive than your usual vanilla, sugar, and tonka bean. Good work, suitable for occasional nights out, as the intensity and elegance might clash with daily wear. Excellent longevity, use few sprays in enclosed spaces, and it’s gift-price value. Greetings. The original Kilian smells paler and washed-out by comparison; this Spectre is either the same scent or very similar. If you liked Bentley for Men Intense, here is something just as good, but less serious and formal. I’m not saying the other is bad, understood.
It smells awful, it’s like walking into a couple of elderly people’s house.
A delicious aroma of rum, wood, and sweetness. Excellent for a night out; on my skin it lasts around 5–7 hours depending on the weather, but on clothes it lasts for days. Compared to Black Phantom, they smell very similar, though Killian smells more intense and lasts longer on the skin. However, given the price of Wraith Spectre, it’s hardly a complaint.
It’s rum, sweet coffee, and finally a vanilla base. An intense fragrance but somewhat loose in composition; it bears a striking resemblance to an Axe scent called Oud and Vanilla—they smell almost identical. To me, it doesn’t feel authentic, as there are countless fragrances that smell the same. It’s not versatile; I’d say it’s only suitable for winter and formal occasions with formal attire. Exclusively masculine, very masculine. It’s not listed, but I detect notes of chocolate.
Terrible. This perfume seemed of very low quality, incomplete, poorly blended, or simply made ‘as is’, with extremely poor projection.
Absolutely terrible. It felt like very low-quality perfume, as if it was incomplete, poorly blended, or just made badly, and on top of that, the projection was extremely weak.
I’m 32 and people say it smells old, but that’s a brilliant idea: like Stronger With You Parfum for adults, with more coffee, whisky and smoke. The bottle is stunning, suggesting something dark and mysterious, though the marketing falls short. The fragrance is well-constructed with very clear notes, like coffee with sugar and a dash of whisky. It’s a masculine, adult scent that blends well, with a perfect atomiser. Intense at first, but the longevity is a serious flaw: after 30 minutes it stops projecting and you can only smell it on yourself. Lasts 4-5 hours on dry skin. Everyone says it smells light until they get close. The ratings don’t even reach a pass mark. Only for intimate nights and below 20 degrees. Bottle: 9.5. Scent: 7.5. Performance: 3. Overall note: 6.
A distinct fragrance, blending Khamrah Qahwa with rum to create something mature, luxurious, and long-lasting. It truly smells of Qahwa but spicier, more alcoholic, and less sweet, giving it a refined edge. It’s not easy to wear; as they say, it smells like a gentleman. It’s not unpleasant, just not for everyone. If you’re over 35 or 40, it’ll suit you well for evening events where you want to stand out (not weddings, more like elegant dinners or nights out at the bar). I liked the scent, though it’s not among my favourites or the one that suits me best. It’s an 8.5/10, perfect for cold nights.
