I bought it blindly seeking that fluorescent watermelon from online. At first it smells like sweets, but after 30 minutes it transforms into watermelon sun cream (thanks to the cacao and coconut). I haven’t tested it in much heat, but it can be overwhelming if you don’t control the sprays. Lasts 7-8 hours on skin, days on clothes. Recommended for those seeking a sun cream profile with that unique watermelon touch. Also for anyone wanting different sweetness (a mix of sweets and sun cream).

Stop messing around: this isn’t for extreme heat. Within two minutes it smells of coconut, turning sweet and dense; the hype is a lie.

Rich fragrance with watermelon dominating the top notes. As it dries down, cocoa emerges, so this is best for those who enjoy fruity scents. Good projection and a solid 6-7 hours of longevity. For the price, it’s a great buy for temperate climates, with maximum temperatures of 25-30 degrees.

I opted for French Avenue and purchased Chaos Extrait, Ether Extrait, and this Atlantis Extrait. Of the three, it is the most synthetic, yet the one I liked the most. Initially, it smells of Jolly Rancher-style watermelon vape, then it becomes ‘earthy’ due to the cocoa and coconut, but it remains sweet and citrusy without becoming heavy. It goes without saying that it is unisex. It performs well in warm weather, but it would not be out of place at a night party; however, it loses presence in the cold. Projection and longevity are moderate. If Wave Child projects and lasts longer, let me know and I will buy it.

Hooked on it straight away. That fresh, citrusy opening with a hint of sweetness made me fall in love at first sniff, even though I don’t usually seek out scents like this. I wanted to share my experience, but reading the reviews surprised me that some people can’t detect the ambergris or that freshness. I’d recommend giving it another go and sharing your own impressions. A hug to everyone.

It lasts a maximum of 4 to 5 hours. 3. PROJECTILE: Projects well for the first 20 minutes, then becomes very intimate. VERDICT: Smells great, ideal for the gym or short outings. The longevity is good, around 8 hours, with projection for 2-3 hours. Pros: delicious and accessible aroma, good longevity. Cons: if you’re looking for something masculine or for winter, this isn’t it. I’d recommend it to someone young going out at night in summer; it looks incredible on women and works well for men under 25 too. Verdict: Scent 9.5/10 (surprised me), Longevity 8.5/10, Sillage 8/10. For €45, you can’t ask for more.

There are 5 people at my work wearing this perfume, which led me to write this review. If you’re looking for a relaxed, youthful, and cheerful fragrance, as Charlie85 says, this fits the bill. But, is it a masterpiece? Stay put. 🍉 The Scent: Is it Watermelon Taffy or Sunscreen? The name sells something epic, marine, ozonic, fresh… What about it! Fabra.Bruno is right: zero on ozonic and marine. The opening is a citrus burst (orange, tangerine, lemon) that dissipates faster than a bi-weekly salary. What dominates is the watermelon, and yes, it smells like synthetic watermelon taffy or that cheap perfume note Fabra.Bruno mentions. Damn! The heart with the coconut gives it a half-tropical touch, like a cream or sunscreen that smells expensive, but sunscreen nonetheless. In the dry down, that base of Amberwood, cocoa, and amber touch adds the sweetness that ruins it all: a sharp Arab-style sweetness that isn’t invasive, but isn’t truly fresh either. My olfactory verdict: It’s a sweet-fresh fruity scent, in the style of Invictus or Hawas, but with a protagonist watermelon that feels somewhat artificial. It’s not ugly. But if you were expecting pure freshness for the heat of this land, you’re left wanting. 🚀 Performance: Projection/Trail behaves like an EDP. The first 2 hours project well, strong, head-turning (9/10 on sillage), as I like. But afterwards it drops to a personal bubble. Longevity: The Curifeo perfumer gives it 6 hours, which is average. I’d say it meets expectations. Watch out for the sprays: Don’t overdo it! If you put on 10 sprays like with Hawas Viper, you’ll suffocate everyone in a vehicle. The sweet, dense base isn’t your friend in excess. ☀️ When to Use It and Who Likes It? Climate: NOT for a summer noon, let alone extreme heat! That Arab sweetness will suffocate you. Use it at night or casual outings when the weather is cool, max 29°C if you don’t want to smell like treacle. It’s more versatile than fresh. Occasion: Casual outings, a chill hangout, university. Public: Young, 20 to 30 years old, looking for something cheerful and easy. Appeal: It’s an attractive style, yes. I don’t think it’ll make you feel like Porfirio Rubirosa, but it attracts. It’s a pleasant and youthful scent. Attractiveness Level: 7/10 💰 Price and Verdict: Price/quality don’t go hand in hand. $50 seems too much; it should cost $30-$35 to be worth it. Would I recommend buying it? Try it, not blind. If you already have sweet-fresh scents like Hawas or Invictus, you don’t need it, unless your obsession is watermelon. Overall Score: 7.5/10. I’d give it an 8 if it were fresher.

Very good perfume with a relaxed, youthful, cheerful, and different DNA from most. It’s really very similar to the Wave Child I tried before; comparing the two, Wave has a fresher touch when Atlantis falls into that sweet Arab-style amber base. Personally, it didn’t fully suit me in use because I have others that fulfil the same function and I sold it. I wouldn’t recommend it as a blind buy, though with the current hype (2025) it’s easy to resell.

Very similar to Wavechild. Worth the price, although it remains expensive for an Arabic fragrance; I expect the price to drop and the quality to improve. The ingredients are cheaper than the original, which is why the sweet note is sharper. Wear it only up to 29 degrees; it’s not fully summer-appropriate except for hot nights. It smells of watermelon and coconut with a watery touch that gives it depth, blending sweetness and freshness. It reminds me of a certain sunscreen or hair cream, but it doesn’t smell bad. It’s the typical sweet-fresh profile like Invictus or Hawas. They don’t smell identical, but they suit the same occasions and climates.
