  • What a gorgeous opening to this spectacular fragrance. To me, it smells more feminine, which is why I didn’t take it home, but I have no doubt I will own it one day and wear it freely. In my opinion, it is one of the best in the Library Collection. It is something different and nothing linear; I have smelled almost all its notes, except the animalic one (Civet), which I have only perceived in other scents. It lasts a good eight hours and fades away gradually. It begins masculine, sweet, and quite powerful in a good way, with an enormous trail. I believe the main reason for its divine opening is the iris root and rum combined with the roses. Very natural, but as I mentioned, for me it becomes more feminine after a couple of hours. I would classify it as gourmand/floral. I recommend it! Please try it properly. I believe you deserve to experience this and that the composition also deserves more support. Longevity: 7.5/10 Versatility: 7.5/10 Projection: 8.5/10 Fixation: 8/10 Trail: 9/10 Scent: 9.5/10 TOTAL: 8.5/10 An unforgettable opening.

  • It opens with a boozy, powdery note, featuring a clean iris that hits instantly, as if rum is worn on the skin. As it dries, the light oud adds depth alongside flowers and a very subtle animalic touch. It is elegant, and although I didn’t get it at first, I now absolutely love it. It recalls Dior Homme Parfum and Valentino Uomo Intense, yet without the vanilla sweetness at the base, focusing more on florals and woods. Ideal for cool nights or going out; it suits any occasion if you don’t overapply. It has good trail and projection for the first two hours and lasts around nine hours on the skin. Scent 9/10, Trail 8.5/10, Projection 8/10, Longevity 8.5/10.
