  Its aroma is very youthful and doesn’t resemble any other perfume. It’s fruity with a ‘spicy’ sensation that reminds me of the tamarind and pineapple sweets sold in markets. It’s very long-lasting on my skin, with a trail that’s moderate to heavy.

  I received it as a gift from my sister, who knows nothing about perfumes. Although I promised my mentor not to be negative, I’ll try to be subtle. Tous In Heaven HIM is the epitome of fashion fragrances: no body, no trail, no longevity, and certainly no ‘punch’ that makes you want to buy again. It’s aimed at teenagers without olfactory culture, just trend-following consumers. The worst part is that this has already happened with Tous Man. It starts sweet but is hard to distinguish, very synthetic, smelling of nail polish. The cardamom, patchouli, and violet aren’t noticeable; it’s just that linear touch. There’s a slight hint of heat from the pepper, or perhaps the carambola. I consider it smells identical to Carolina Herrera CH212 Men Masterpiece; the cap has the same magnetism, and with half the price, you can pretend you’re wearing the same scent. The Tous logo with the patch and the crossbones gives the impression they’re ‘pirating’ another fragrance. If you enter the world of perfumery, start with more complex and intense scents and don’t consider Tous, because you’ll only end up disappointed.

  A very special fragrance, not one of those you sniff and move on from. It’s complex and mystical; you need to experience its full evolution. I thought it had incense, and it works brilliantly on cool days. In my case, the scent lasted all day with good projection.

  It’s rubbish and doesn’t last a minute, with no trail or projection. It smells sweet and synthetic; you only notice it if you press right up against the skin, otherwise you feel absolutely nothing. After a while, you can barely smell it if you wave your nose over it, and by the hour, even a trained German Shepherd can’t detect it.

  Absolute rubbish; it doesn’t last and leaves no trail. Smells of synthetic sweetness that you only notice by pressing your nose right against the skin; if you aren’t there, it doesn’t exist. After a while, it’s barely detectable, and by evening, only a German Shepherd’s sense of smell would alert you to its presence.
